EXCELLENT apartment in the center with parking INCLUDED!
Good structure in the center with sea view. Owner very helpful, friendly and kind, like all the staff, we were greeted with cold drinks and affability and accompanied us immediately to the private parking at 200 m. Apartment clean, semi new furniture and equipped with the main amenities, mini bar and air conditioning. We had the main beach in front of the apartment.

Lovely apartment and great host
This apartment had everything you needed very compact but clean and tidy with free WiFi and air conditioning, a small fridge and television, the bed was comfortable with fluffy pillows, the shower was powerful and always had hot water, the host Ante was very accommodating and always made sure we were okay, the only one thing that would make this a perfect stay would be the room being cleaned at least once during our stay, however on asking for the towels to be changed, clean cups and glasses etc, it was done the very next day

Amazing views, amazing location and amazing hosts!
I stayed for 5 nights in the apartment on the top of the villa which had breathtaking views of the sea and island of Brac.Villa is located in the centre of Baska Voda so it’s easy to get around without a car. There is also free parking available nearby if you are coming with a car. The apartment was very clean and it had all necessities you could think of. It is visible that hosts put a lot of work to make your vacation as relaxing as possible and thought of pretty much everything you need for your stay there. I would definitely recommend it and can’t wait to go back!

Vacation stay
We spent 9 days at Villa Rozika from August 18 to August 27, 2018. Accommodations were decent, the kitchen needs an update and more pots and pans, we had only two available. During our stay we had an opportunity to meet with Snjezana and she was happy to assist us in any matter. Anita as well was reachable via email and replied in a timely manner.
We were located on the third floor with an extraordinary view of the Adriatic See, no other location could beat that feeling.
We would highly recommend anyone to stay at Villa Rozika.

Budget accommodation that is below standard. Not recommended.
We stayed in the Guesthouse Villa Rozika in Baska Voda for one night on our way from Porec to Dubrovnik. We expected budget accommodation but our room in the Villa Rozika was a step below budget.
We had booked the Double Room with Balcony which was advertised as having: • Balcony • Sea view • TV • Satellite Channels • Private entrance • Tile/Marble floor • Wardrobe/Closet • Drying rack for clothing • Shower • Free toiletries • Toilet • Bathroom • Bath or Shower • Toilet paper • Refrigerator • Electric kettle • Towels • Linen.
Both the room and the bathroom were clean. We noticed that the light didn't work in bathroom but as soon as we mentioned it staff were quick to fix the problem. The room was advertised as coming with free parking and indeed, we were directed to park our car at no charge in the driveway associated with the Villa. It was a bit annoying though because in the evening we had to move our car to let someone else out, and the next morning we had to wait for the person parked behind us to move their car before we could be on our way. So free parking, but not very convenient. The staff in the store below the apartments who let us into our room were pleasant and helpful. The room did come with a very small sea-view balcony exactly like in the photograph of the room, and the Villa itself is conveniently located just across the street from the beach.
Reasons that I cannot recommend Villa Rozika:
- exposed wiring in an outlet in the hallway
- overpoweringly strong, fabric softener smell of the bed sheets (if you are sensitive to smells there is no way you will be able to stay in this room)
- cracked and peeling paint on the bathroom shelf
- loud folk music across the street that went on until after 11 p.m. (closing the balcony door and using earplugs didn't help so I couldn't sleep until it stopped)
- the bathroom towels that were provided were literally the size and thickness of tea towels
- the advertised "free toiletries" was a partially used jar of liquid hand soap
- the owner was absent and staff were not authorized to give receipts so we never received one even though we requested a receipt twice, once when we paid in cash, and again before we left in the morning
Based on my experience with the room I was given, I cannot recommend Villa Rozika.
