Amazing place to stay!!
This was our second time (first time in 2020) we stayed as two families in this beautiful villa. It has everything you could possibly ask for. Enough space for all of us with 5 bedrooms (there was seven of us) a table tennis table, a BBQ, an infinity pool with lots of outside space and only 5 minutes from the beach. We had the use of a paddle board this year too, which was a great addition to the villa. Positioned in the best part of the Makarska riveria, the village itself is small but with enough restaurants to chose from and a lovely promenade all the way along the coast. Our host could not do enough for us and is very helpful and welcoming.
Oh and there is a small supermarket directly across the road from the villa which is very handy for fresh bread in the morning.
Anyone looking for a brilliant easy going holiday with family and/or friends in Croatia, this is the place you need to go. Only an hour drive from Split airport!

Fantastic Villa
We have just returned from a fantastic family holiday at Villa Vinka. The house is beautiful, it has everything you could possibly need and is in a perfect location. It is just 10 minutes walk to the beach, 10 minutes walk to Brela marina and 15 minutes walk to Baska Voda. The owner and family are always available to help with anything you need and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They booked a recommended restaurant for us and also organised boat rentals. The wine produced by the family vineyard is definitely worth trying!! We would love to stay at Villa Vinka again and couldn't fault it.

Fantastic villa in Brela
Lovely villa in beautiful resort of Brela. Our family of ten booked this villa for a 12 night stay,not knowing the area at all. We were not disappointed!
The villa itself is immaculate, spacious and well equipped. The owner could not have been more helpful, in fact on arrival he had prepared lunch for us on the terrace. The owners family are local and it was lovely to meet the owners mum who delivered us some wonderful fresh,homemade cake. The villa is loacated above the bay,with stunning views and a stones throw from the supermarket which enabled our children to visit it safely for Icecreams and drinks on their own.
Brela is absolutely beautiful, the sea is warm and crystal clear ,the beaches although not sand but pebble were stunning and our children swam safely well into the evening in the roped off bathing areas, using the rocks as diving boards.
Brela is a real family resort favoured by locals and definitely not overrun by Brits.There are plenty of family friendly restaurants in the town , several supermarkets and bakers.
In the resort there was plenty to keep us entertained including huge inflatable costing roughly £3 for 1/2 hr ( ours were on it for a lot longer though!!!) We hired boats and took a speed boat trip and there was the usual water sports on offer.
This was possibly the best family holiday we've had , between us our children ranged from 7 -19 and there was something for all.
