Don't even try

On a hot summer day four of us wanted to have a drink at the nice terrace of Hotel Mance, where only two tables was occupied. We were turned off by a man (owner) who nervously told us that he can't serve us because he has to cook. He didn't respond to our 'hello' and didn't apologize - we felt like idiots.

WE DO NOT GET PAST THE RECEPTION!!

The man and woman who attended us at the reception were moody, high-handed, ill-mannered.
They treated us with contempt.
If that's the way you're treated when you ask for information, I don't want to imagine how the deal is if you're staying.
There are many better places in that town, normal places that treat you like people.

Good food but be cautious!

Food was good. Very authentic. We had the deer fillet and veal soup which are very nice. We also had the frog legs with salad. We had a good experience and enjoyed our food. However when we received the bill, without checking it closely we then realised we have been overcharged!!! We were charged 3 more side meals we didn’t ordered that totalled to €10. Guys, I would recommend the food but please check your bills in detail before paying for it. We didn’t expect this especially we enjoyed the food so much.

AVOID THIS PLACE, HORRIBLE!!!

Very unpolite and rude owner. The owner was rude for no reason. We never had such a bad experience in some restaurant/bar. Very bad service and expensive poor quality food. Hotel Mance is the worst place you will ever experience so AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

Unbeleivably rude owners

The lady owner kept terrorizing us, four middle aged friends, for 15 minutes because we sat indoors whilst outside temperature was 36 degrees of Celsius. We left the place unserved. Before that she deprived us from filing a complaint in writing.
