Fantastic hotel

Fantastic hotel. Wonderfully located right next to the marina and pier, from where you can take a boat to the Old Town in just a few minutes. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming at the reception, restaurants, bar, and spa.
We stayed in a room with a balcony overlooking the marina. The room was very spacious, with a super king-size bed and a large bathroom featuring a roomy walk-in shower.
The outdoor pool is heated and connected to the indoor pool. The spa has a very pleasant relaxation room and excellent saunas – both steam and traditional hot saunas. The massage was outstanding. Unfortunately, I do not know the therapist’s name, but I highly recommend her.
Breakfast offered a huge selection, with delicious fresh juices and Prosecco. The Palm House restaurant served excellent food and provided outstanding service.
We will definitely be back.

Above and beyond

The Hyatt Regency was everything we hoped for and more. The hotel itself is newly refurbished and absolutely beautiful. The staff, particularly the reception team, went above and beyond to cater for our every need. Based on our experience at the Hyatt Regency, we would stay at a Hyatt hotel without hesitation, and we plan to do so.

Great modern hotel in the Zadar area

I really incredible hotel in the Zadar area. Very modern and comfortable. The pool was much larger than expected and the lounge chairs around it plentiful for a hotel of this size. The restaurants made better than expected meals for dinner and the breakfast buffet.
