Amazing
Absolutely stunning apartment , spotlessly clean and fantastic location close to centre , booked a taxi transfer through apartment and would recommend this as someone is there to meet you on arrival , totally different type of holiday from our normal and could not have made a better choice, not a single negative thing to say about apartments , highly recommended

What is not to like !
Just home from a fabulous 2 week holiday in beautiful Cavtat. Excellent Apartment. Lovely, friendly, helpful hosts.Spacious apartment.Spotlessly clean. Clean towels every other day . Small balcony with a beautiful view across the town and to the mountains.
Short steep walk to the town. Plenty of lovely bars and restaurants, all providing delicious food.
Local small supermarket. Bakery. Nice selection of small shops.
Lovely walks. Fantastic views across the sea to Dubrovnik. Taxi boat to Dubrovnik/ local bus/ taxi- take plenty of money .
Spotted dolphins on two occasions.
Beautiful sunsets.
Very friendly, quiet resort.
Would definitely recommend Apartment Dadic.

Very nice apartment with wonderful view
This apartment had a wonderful view and good infra. In the apartments category this was wonderful place.
Staff was friendly and answered very fast to WhatsApp messages (because this is apartment, there is not any staff in the building all the time). Apartment was clean and very well equipped.
Location of this apartments is up on the hill, which means that you have to walk little bit from the town, or use taxi. If you walk, good shoes are recommended.
One thing you should know about Cavtat; it is on the airplanes’ way to the airport and planes fly over the town. This was not disturbance to us, but maybe someone can consider this some way awkward.

A hidden gem
Close but above the town on Cavtat, it has great views and is an nice clean apartment ably assisted by Mato who is very helpful at all times. The approach is up a steep hill so if you have a heart condition or unstable legs best to give this a miss. However we are both 65 and whilst breathing heavily, it was still worth it. Quiet location but close to the old town with lots of good restaurants and bars- we would not hesitate to revisit and stay here again. Only 20 minutes from Dubrovnik airport.

Not What It Seemed
The apartments are just on the edge of Cavtat on the main road out of the town. There is a steep downward slope from the road down to the entrance. There are 4 apartments and my review is based on apartment 4 which is on the top floor. It may be a bit awkward for some to carry their cases up the winding staircase but to be fair Olga, who looks after you during your stay, carried one of the cases for us. On entering the apartment we were a bit disappointed because we didn't get what we thought we were going to. You are in the eaves so all of the ceilings are mainly sloping causing you, if not careful, to bang your head which I did on numerous occasions.
The main room contains a double electric hob but no oven. A table and three chairs a sofa bed and a small unit on which the television is sits. There is enough crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The bathroom is small but adequate but most people would have to sit in the bath to have a shower again because of the sloping ceiling. The whole place is very clean and well maintained. You have a balcony on which there is a table and two chairs and from which you get a fantastic view over the bay where you can see Dubrovnik, 13 miles away, quite clearly on a clear day. So, why is the title of my review "Not what it seemed". It is because we were deceived, for want of a better word, by the fact that photographs on the website when we booked it earlier this year, led us to believe that the room was one of the ones that look far bigger and with the view. I have since looked at the website and now there are photos of rooms showing the sloping ceilings. Having said that, yes, we would go again but not in room 4. We didn't see into any of the other apartments so cannot vouch for what they are like.
In addition to the apartment there is the question of getting down to the town centre. The road down to the centre starts flat for a few yards and then starts into a fairly steep drop. You can follow the pavement route into the centre which is winding or take a shortcut which starts on the first bend and takes you to the bottom where it meets the pavement. The shortcut is steep and consists of flat sections and steps. Coming back up the hill could be quite a task for some people. We are in our 60`s and are quite fit so we had no trouble with the hill at all, but we passed people far younger than us who were finding it difficult.
The town is very nice, full of bar, restaurants and coffee shops mainly situated round a lovely marina where there is also plenty of benches to sit on or sit in a bar with a drink and watch the world go by.
