We stayed for five nights from June 16. The place is precisely what the advertisement tells you, so there are no surprises when you arrive. We stayed on the top floor, where there is indeed a sea view, but due to housing and trees, it is slightly limited. Still it is a wonderful feeling to be sat out on the balcony enjoying a morning breakfast; we appreciated the vibe quite a lot. You'll reach downtown in four minutes, while the level of incline makes sure you'll use 10 minutes to return. It is not a big problem; just walk on your own pace. We will definitely recommend Villa Voinić.

Kind people who will help you feel welcome. The place is a 10 minute walk to the town and harbor. The room is clean.

Clean property and we enjoyed the balcony and sitting by the swimming pool (which we were grateful to use after checkout)
Beware it is a very steep climb from the downtown area.
I was surprised that the listing shows shuttle service, which there none and also check out time is listed at 10, but it is actually at 9:30 which is the earliest we’ve ever experienced.

Amazing value for the money! The location is great, super close to the airport but also walking distance to the bus stop for the route going into the old city. The host was very helpful explaining the bus stop, and route into the old city, and was very helpful with the check in process. The room itself was very clean, comfortable ends, good bathroom, and had a balcony with a nice view too.
