I loved this hotel. It was such a spacious, clean and well laid out suite. There was a lovely large bathroom with a separate enclosed toilet area which was very useful.
You are literally right on the shingled lovely beach and treated to wonderful views of the Brac Channel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and cared about our pleasure and satisfaction.
You definitely need beach shoes, as with most shingle beaches, especially in this part of the world. The water still a bit too cold for me at the end of May though the husband was happily in it for an hour a go.
The only disappointing thing about this hotel was the half board offer. The food itself is very nice and typically Croatian. However, the half board option means that you are given a much more limited 'canteen' budget version of the real menu. Lovely food, but limited choices and repetitive; e.g. panna cotta offered three or four times in one week, usually as the only option for dessert. It's still 4 courses - 2 options for soup (traditional); fish, chicken or pasta for main, 2 salad (tomato based) choices, one dessert, sometimes two. For full dining enjoyment if you're staying for more than a couple of nights, prepare to pay more and eat off the menu or drive to the local restaurants. Breakfast was fine, a nice mix of hot, cold and continental options.
What I truly loved about the hotel, besides direct beach access, was the view from the balcony. I could sit there all day enjoying the Adriatic views.

Going forward, this is the hotel that all other hotels will be measured against. Every time we say, "remember that wonderful hotel?" we will know this is the one we are referring to. This trip, we visited Croatia, and while there, we discovered this nice hotel. Next trip, we will visit this hotel, and while there, we might explore a little bit of Croatia.
We loved it here. The views are stunning. It is quiet, calm, peaceful, relaxing, clean. Food was great. Staff was great.

Overpriced and Disappointing

This hotel is a complete nightmare. The room had black mold, and it was infested with red ants — not just a few, but hundreds. The entire inside of the glass door was covered with ants, and the receptionist acted like that was normal, saying it’s because the hotel is located in a village.
We immediately requested a room change, but were told the hotel was "fully booked." There was also a disgusting toilet-like smell  that made it very unpleasant.
While we were waiting for the receptionist at the front desk, she entered our room without any notice or permission. When we saw that the door was wide open — we thought someone was stealing our belongings. This was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
They also charge 5 euros per day just to use a beach towel, the parking situation is awful, and the location itself is terrible — inconvenient and far from anything decent. As for the food in restaurant, it was tasteless, low quality, and overpriced like it was some kind of luxury dining — a complete joke.
We were promised a full refund, but the hotel is now withholding the money, falsely claiming it was already sent.
Even the absolute cheapest accommodation online would be a major upgrade compared to this hotel.
Update: After I posted my original, honest review — based entirely on my personal experience and supported by photos — the hotel attempted to threaten me via email, accusing me of falsehoods and even suggesting legal action. They also stated that it is their hotel rule that they can enter your room ANY time "to clean".

Hotel with splendid views

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. Room with magnificent views of the Adriatic Sea! The hotel was really good, with parking spaces.
Breakfast is pretty good, bacon, omelette, muffins, cereals, yogurt and many more! There's plenty to choose from. The meals in the restaurant were ok, although a little expensive. The staff was very nice, especially the evening waiter who always served us with a smile and humor which is pleasant.
In short I recommend this hotel without problem. Car required to get to Omiš!

Very good location
