It was sickening hot. I begged them for an upgraded room at any other of their hotels at any price.
They showed no mercy or intention to help me. I got very sick and ended up needing doctor's help.
No management at all.
No customer service.
Careless and unprofessional.

Save money and don't book this hotel
The rooms are average, the hygiene should be at a higher level (for example, the shower is not washed at all, the curtains need immediate replacement as well as the shower heads which are non-functional). There od also a lot of dust everywhere. No hair dryer, TV does not have signal. On first floor we had problem with the noise from kitchen ventilation.
That part is actually something that can be overlooked considering that most people spend quite a bit of time on vacation in their rooms.
What is worrisome is the quality of the food which is not worthy of a guesthouse by the national road. The food has a questionable appearance, only the cheapest ingrediance, the hygiene of the premises is poor (at dinner a tablecloth with a stain was found at the table, and then in the morning at breakfast at the same table the same tablecloth, which means they don't change them). The staff does not communicate, the tables are not cleaned and served after the guests leave,...
Although obviously the hotel without investment and any standard will find guests because it is full, this review had to be written for a peaceful soul.

Receptionist catastrophe
in the kitchen staff friendly. food typical hotel, but very good

from the outside, the hotel is beautiful, the photos of the interior do not correspond to reality, given the price, it would accept it, however, if it was properly cleaned.

Great location, no parking
The rooms have no AC and may need some renovation, but we liked the view and the staff was very nice, helping us in everything they could.
Unfortunately, there’s no parking available at the hotel (they have a few spots that are already taken) and the public parking is quite far away (2km).
The breakfast is basic but eating outside is nice.
I would come back.
