Spacious apartment for family of 4 within easy distance of downtown Dubrovnik. Bus was about 10 minutes away and the it's also about a 10 minute walk to a lovely pedestrian only area of restaurants, bars, etc. Communication was excellent, though we did have to wait 20 mins to be checked in. That being said, the property manager walked us through every detail and was very responsive to WhatsApp messages. I've heard from lots of people that it is wise to stay outside of the city, and I 100% agree!
Bonus is that there is a small conveinience store on site and beach is a 10 minute walk (do not drive there, it's madness!)

Quiet apartment outside of crowded Dubrovnik but still accessible to everything

Very comfortable two bedroom apartment with a large living room,
Dining area, and kitchen. Also a large bathroom with a laundry machine and a huge veranda where you can watch the sun set and the boat sail by. Very quiet and relaxing. Walking distance to Copacabana beach and a walking promenade with lots of restaurants. There is a market close by for staples.
The bus to Old Town Dubrovnik is also close by. The best restaurant nearby is a 10 minute walk - Bacchus. We really enjoyed our meal there.
Very helpful staff. Always available to answer questions. It was very hot when we went and we really appreciated how efficient the air conditioning was in the apartment.

We had an incredible experience at Pervanovo Apartments! Check in was seamless and Zeljka was super helpful and nice! The apartment was perfect for us- plenty of space and extremely comfortable, especially the beds and pillows. Each room had its own AC unit which was great in this hot summer. We also appreciated having a washing machine as that came in handy. The apartments were only about 10-15 minutes from Old Town and getting an Uber was easy and inexpensive. Also, getting a taxi back was also easy. We can’t wait to come back to Pervanovo!

Wonderful host and spacious apartment

The room is very spacious and clean. Our host is most friendly and helpful. We had dinner at one of the recommended restaurants. It was the best meal we had in Croatia.

Great apartment with great location

Fresh and well equipped apartment in quiet area with reasonable walking distance to beaches and large selection of restaurants. A fantastic care and good service from reception staff. Highly recommended!
