350 stairs to the beach! Why nothing in the description said that?! You are basically living on a vertical slope. Every time you go down it will cost you 15 euros by taxi to get back up. The view is great but the location of this property makes it absolutely impractical for vacation.

Amazing view above Dubrovnik from the terrace, large rooms, coffee and milk in the kitchen, the owner is really helpful she even cleaned my pants for free, expect some stairs to reach the appartement from the old town, the beach is about 5 minutes by foot

Clean room. Lots of stairs getting to building. Needed taxi and Uber. But all off Dubrovnik is stairs. Pleasant people running accommodation. Would recommend.

Really great location with great views from our room. Check in really simple and then left to our own devices which is great.
Perfect for us but bear in mind that although very close to town the property is elevated so there are hills and steps to negotiate to access the property.
Otherwise almost perfect for us and if we visited Dubrovnik again we would happily revisit Rooms Raic

Nice and responsive host. View from the house is amazing especially during sunrise and sunset. Rooms and common areas are always kept clean.
