I was a little confused getting in...ended up “checking in” at the restaurant, but the room was great (it seemed brand new) and the breakfast was spectacular. The location is right in the middle of the old town; just bring well-soled shoes as the stones are very slippery, even when dry, and the town is very hilly. A little advice from one of the servers led me to a beautiful nearby beach. Would highly recommend!

Perfect stay in a lovely old city, nice staff and service

Second time we visit this Bed & Breakfast and we were not disappointed.
The location is lovely in the old town of Labin. A small alley goes to the rooms and it is very quite at night. Some noice from the road and restaurant in the evening but at 10 pm it is quite. The room is all you need, good beds, refrigerator, TV, very clean and newly renovated bathroom. Generous space for luggage and others. Breakfast is table served, omelette, bread, jam, coffee and such. We were a bit late one day but there was no problem to have breakfast "outside hours". Just happy faces on the staff.
Daily cleaning of the room. No pool or other luxury but a wonderful place.
This is a place we will return to and we do recommend this to all who want a good stay, at a reasonable cost, and the staff is wonderful!

bel posto, panoramico, molto accogliente., abbiamo mangiato sia pesce che carne, antipasti piuttosto che dolci, inoltre preparati per il discorso allergie, mia figli e' celiaca, ma e' filato tutto liscio.

Propriétaire loue également des chambres simples et propres
vue sur la mer et sur la promenade
mais un peu bruyant.
de la place Tito aller au restaurant pour récupérer la carte d'accès à une place de parking.

Simple mais très propre et au calme, à très bon prix

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans ce Bed and Breakfast situé à Labin, petit village perché à la pointe de l'Istrie. La chambre fut très correcte, propre et la nuit très calme. A noter que le B&B est situé en bordure de village et est ainsi doté d'une magnifique vue sur la mer, le golfe de Kvarner et sur l'île de Creš. Très pratique enfin, le B&B est associé au restaurant Kvarner, lui-même excellent.
