It was such a relaxing stay. We allmost had the pool for our selves. There is a nice view to the sea, and the sea is just in front of the house.

Tucked Away and Worth Finding!
We stayed in all sorts of accommodations during our three weeks in Croatia, budget to luxury, and this was one of our favorites. It is small, quiet, you almost feel like a local. Our room was super clean and spacious and although we didn't use the kitchen much it was nice to have a fridge for our wine and cheese. The best part for us was having our own balcony, with a knockout view of sunsets over the water. We also enjoyed the pool area, nice for sunning and the pool is pristine though in May it's a bit chilly. There's an adjacent area with outdoor seating and a view over the water. Our bathroom was nice, the shower small (one of those rounded European showers with sliding doors) but good water pressure. Anita is delightful; we first met her waiting for us after our nav app sent us to the street on the other side of the water (it was night, rather late after the ferry from Split, and she waited up for us). Her breakfasts are wonderful, plenty of the usual cold cuts, cheeses, yogurts, muesli, plus various breads and local eggs freshly prepared each morning - and Turkish coffee, which we did not have elsewhere (but my husband loves it). I believe she has Nescafe available for guests who prefer something less strong. Parking was right across the lane. We can see why Villa Julija has return guests - if we are lucky enough to get back to Korcula, we will stay again.

Great 4 Night Stay
I stayed here with my wife from the 17th - 21st September. Upon arrival we were greeted by Marko who kindly helped with our cases and showed us our room.
Although the WiFi network was occasionally unreliable, I was very happy we chose to stay here.
I enjoyed drinking beer on the balcony at night watching the sun go down & taking a dip in the sea opposite after my morning run.
The apartments have most of what you need, a hob, pots, pans (no toaster though) etc and the fridge was a good size for us to store a few bits we picked up from the supermarket in Lombarda. I saw the pool being cleaned twice during our trip and it looked very nice when illuminated at night, it also wasn't too cold to swim in and as it only has a small number of rooms was never too busy, quite often it felt like having a private pool.
A nice place to stay for couples looking to stay somewhere quiet a little off the beaten track but not far enough to feel isolated with a couple of (very good) restaurants & beaches nearby.

The host overbooked. The host is just unprofessional.
The worst experience ever! I booked the room 6 months ago but the host overbooked. She notified me only one day before the day we were planning to stay though I even contacted her a few days before. She said that she didn't notice at that time. How could it possible? The host is just unprofessional. If you don't want your accommodation cancelled one day before, stay away from this property.
The host tried to find an alternative place to stay. That place should be cheaper than the room I had booked for according to Booking.com. But I was told that I have to pay same amount for the room I booked. I was lucky to find a new place to stay by myself. This experience ruined my trip in Croatia. Just stay away from this accommodation. There are more nice place to stay.

Great apartments with pool!!
Anita is great host,and can help you with everything you need,apartments are very nice and super clean,with all equipment you need..the apartment terrace has great seaview and you can Enjoy Sunset!!pool is great and very clean,i am definetly going back there,and i highly recomend this place to Stay on your Holidays!!thank you Anita for great hospitality and see you again..
