Wonderful place

Very well-kept place with a beautiful garden. But what makes it special is the care and passion. An infinite pleasure to share a chat with the very kind owner. Spotless rooms with all the necessary accessories.
We were really pleasantly surprised: courtesy, availability and friendliness on the part of Sig-a Ivančica, a structure in an excellent location with comfortable and clean rooms equipped with top-level services. We will definitely return.
A big heartfelt hug to Mrs. Ivančica.

Not satisfactory

Ms. Ivanka very welcoming and helpful and also speaks Italian. We had booked a triple (although there were 2) because it was larger but we were assigned a double. The room is really small and the bathroom tiny (it will be mt. 2 x 1) closed by a bellows door which is unacceptable. The bed not very comfortable: on the mattress (which you could see) there was a blanket wrapped in a sheet (really bizarre). The heating at 8am was still off (with 5 degrees outside!) so impossible to take a shower. The satisfaction of the stay is also given by these things!

Great spot, very close to the border

We stayed here for one night following a long day of driving. The place is lovely and clean with a shared kitchen/dining room area. The hosts are lovely and gave us raki and explained an area 15 mins drive away on the coast as a good place to visit for dinner - a great recommendation. The rooms are well set up for a one night stay, with a hairdryer etc. No toiletries provided. The only downfall is that the hot water didn't work and so we had to have very cold showers in the morning! Otherwise the place was very good and we would definitely stay again.

Belle pension et hotesse charmante

Chambre très propre et confortable. Salle de bain commune avec une autre chambre. Stationnement sur place gratuit et petit déjeuner européen a 7 euro/personne. Hôtesse acceuillante mais ne parle que le croate… vive Google translate J’ai enlevé une étoile car il n’y a aucun savon de fourni, pas même dans la salle de bain après un passage a la toilette (savon à mains). Hormis cela tout etait parfait. Nous avion la chambre pour 3 personnes a 722 kunas.

Très bien

Chambres avec sdb privatives et coin cuisine commun bien équipée.
Le tout est soigné. C'est une grande demeure au calme avec un parking.
Ce n'est pas plus mal d'être un peu à l'écart d'Opatija.
La dame qui vous accueille est charmante mais ne parle que croate et... est bavarde...
