We had an outstanding stay at Villa Ana Apartments in Dubrovnik. From the moment we arrived, Carol set the tone—warm, professional, and genuinely committed to making our trip special. The apartment itself felt brand new: spotless, thoughtfully furnished, and finished to a very high standard with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The location is perfect—close enough to enjoy the best of Dubrovnik without the noise, and an easy walk to key sights and transport. And the view… just wow. Morning coffees and sunset drinks overlooking the sea were the highlight of each day.
When we had to check out, we had a small timing issue (our fault). Carol really helped us out when we needed. It turned what could have been a stress into a reminder of how exceptional hospitality should feel.
If you’re looking for quality, convenience, and a host who genuinely cares, Villa Ana Apartments is a five-star choice. We can’t recommend it highly enough and will definitely be back.

Great location and welcome.

We was originally going to stay in Srebreno but so glad we changed our minds and booked to stay here. Karol made us so welcome from the moment we arrived, we what asked for an early check in and she was able to oblige. The bottle of wine and also home-made cake was also a wonderful extra touch. We had the apartment with the terrace, lovely views of the harbour and we had many an evening and morning sat up there watching the day just go by. The apartment had everything that we needed, light, airy and air conditioning. Well situated for everything, restaurant downstairs is owned by the family and well recommended. Easy access for the ferry to Dubrovnik and other boat trips. Thank you for a lovely time.

It was so lovely, oh gosh! The apoartment is very spacious, super clean and has all the necessities :) The host was super nice and very helpful and we felt very taken care of. The view from the balcony is just gorgeous and Mlini is very chill and cozy. Definitely recommended 👌 👍 😌
