Great location right on the beach.
Easy handling throughout the hotel.
Fully adequate breakfast buffet.
Small shop nearby & div. Restaurants within walking distance.

Disgusting
The staff is very poorly trained, especially in the restaurant, 30-minute wait for a coffee under the pretext of a broken window, all the staff were around the window, that's for sure, might as well make the customers wait, especially since their rooms are already disgusting

Different but good
Ana especially was so very helpful friendly and kind but they all were!
The hotel has amazing views but it is quite away from any restaurants! It’s not a place where you walk to a few bars
We took the number 60 bus into split (which takes about half an hour but only €2.50 each way) they ran every half hour and were very reliable
Everyone speaks English so no language barriers

The perfect Hotel!
We are coming back guaranteed.
The AC is perfect and not too aggressive and the octopus salat is to die for! A decently stocked bar with many great cognacs but it could use a couple of good rums.

Great location bad hotel
But…
The hotel is old. The carpet in the room is tainted and old, and the room is missing a lot of amenities. Breakfast choice is very poor and the a la carte restaurant is very very slow on making food and not that great quality.
Overall its a 3/5 because its cheep and good location but with a good investment this could easily be one of the best hotels in the area, shame.
