Amazing!!!

Could not recommend Fenomen more highly. It’s off the beaten path but the rooms are amazing, food was next level and service was truly outstanding. The front desk staff (Antonella) went above and beyond- coordinating drivers, reservations and tips for Plivice for us. Daj at the restaurant was attentive, kind, and accommodating. Truly loved our short time at Fenomen Plitvice!!

Charming Mountain Lodge

We had recently spent a night at the Fenomen Plitvice Resort. As it is currently the low season, we felt like we were the only guests in the area.
The resort room is spacious, kept suitably warm, and very comfortable with all the expected amenities.
We had one dinner and breakfast in the hotel’s restaurant. The food was great and service was prompt and friendly.
On our first day we took a walk to a nearby lookout point to marvel at the great waterfall.
We had a relaxing time at the Fenomen Plitvice Resort.

Great cottage in a secluded area near Plitvice

We rented one of two top floor rooms of a four room cottage. It's very well equipped for a multi-day stay with a mini-kitchen, dining table and living room in addition to a spacious bathroom. Very comfortable and close to the National Park.

Expensive escape for one night

A beautiful part of the world but the hotel is really expensive for what is provided. We paid over 600 euro for one night family of 4. We had been going to stay in a lodge but hadn’t realised there is no air conditioning in these and it was well over 30 degrees overnight so had to pay a lot more to upgrade. It wasn’t clearly outlined there is no air con in lodges so watch out if you are booked to stay in hotter months as it gets very expensive and it’s nice to be able to sleep in the cool after long days travelling and hiking the beautiful lakes

No AC working you have to open the windows the maintenance is urgent in the windows screen
And in some areas staff try to help as much as possible
Some of them are not as kind as you might think
