Excellent location highly recommended

Apartment with living room (with kitchen), bedroom with double bed, bathroom and balcony. Kitchen well equipped with all utensils, kettle, microwave and dishwasher. Small balcony but with space to possibly dine outside and hang out clothes. Bathroom also small but with everything you need including the bidet. For hot water there is a boiler in the bathroom which heats water for two quick consecutive showers at most. The owners are very kind and helpful they live there. They also speak a little Italian. There are no bins in the house but there is waste separation both on the balcony and outside in the garden. In the garden there is also a barbecue available to guests with a very spacious table. The bathroom door, however, should be fixed because it closes badly. Very comfortable bed with topper and quite spacious wardrobes. Very convenient location, 10 minutes walk from the sea, close to many restaurants and two supermarkets
