An excellent starting point

Hotel is easy to reach, with convenient parking.
The reception is very prepared and very friendly. Ready to help.
The room is very spacious and very clean. The bathroom is small but functional. Breakfast there is a bit of everything from cheeses, cold cuts, sweet and savory.
The location I think is the strong point, 500mt from the center and located near the pine forest by the sea for wonderful walks.
We will definitely return....

Imperfect!!!

Here is an event with 4500 participants, the hotel cannot prepare breakfast before 7.00 am. No coffee, no tea, max. one packed lunch. A very sad affair!!!! Don't deserve any plus points!!!!

Non bene/ not good

The hotel is easy to reach and has a nice ample parking. The room we occupied for four days was well prepared and tidy. The property is located a few meters from the sea in an area very well served by descents to the sea, shower, fitness paths; the deckchairs are available to those who take them and cost 7 euros per day, if you leave a towel to signal that they are occupied.
The property is accessible to all up to the ground floor, the upper floors only with elevator and there are no facilities for the disabled. In the room the bathroom was small and missing the bidet. The well-equipped shower was full of limestone and the back sprayers were unusable as well as the foot shower and the gargoyle was soft and unstable, in short, you can not take a comfortable shower. The pool at a pleasant temperature but very poorly maintained structure, dirt on the bottom, air recirculation structure in an embarrassed state, rust beams, step between the tub and indistinguishable floor, you risk a fall. Fitness center inoperable, treadmill absent, exercise bike not connected to the mains as well as the rowing machine; sauna closed, wellness treatments absent. The glass elevator is full of dirt and in an embarrassing state of repair. Free parking according to Booking costs 10€ per day. Breakfast is rather poor, glasses are missing and sometimes cutlery, unexplained and always different foods. In the room noisy air conditioner and impossible to keep on at night. They just doubled their prices...

Unfortunately I can not confirm the vote of previous years... remains the strength of the location and the car park but the rest is to be reviewed. The price has practically doubled compared to the time of the kunas but the services have remained the same if not worsened... Little care of the structure, uncomfortable bed, noisy air conditioning and low feeling of cleanliness in every room of the structure. Unlike other facilities the Hotel Flores has deteriorated over the years and is absolutely now not worth the asking price. That's too bad.

Very average, slightly 'tired', hotel

We had a rowdy family with young kids directly above our room (203). When we arrived mid afternoon there was a continual rumble of bangs above us from the floor above. After 40 minutes
of this I rang reception, who replied with details of what the kids were doing. They suggested I contact them if it was still happening when we returned from eating out. It is still happening at 9.30 the following evening.
Breakfast was good except for using instant coffee. Managed to get proper coffee from the bar which they then wanted to charge us for. Tin eared management.
