cosy, private, at home feel, great staff

I had a job in Pula, and my clients booked a room for my stay in this hotel. I didn’t know a thing of it. However, I was actually really lucky and must say I will be coming back. The rooms are clean and comfortable, very private, the location incredible, all the staff cordial and helpful. I only regret I did not have a masterchef dinner in the hotel restaurant, they say it is really something. My highest mark, however, goes to the concierge, Victoria. She is in one word: precious. I have been around, in high end hotels, bigger or more luxurious- but such warmth, energy and the will to help is rarely found.

This is the a must stay. Kristaan is the best. Not only did he give us the most fantastic welcome but when we accidentally left something at the hotel he went the extra mile to make sure we got it back. We had an early departure and there was take away breakfasts waiting for us when we left. The hotel is so well located for arrival and departures by ferry and for sightseeing

I cannot imagine a better alternative in Pula.

The ultimate boutique hotel.
Superb location next to Pula’s Roman arena.
Light and airy rooms with an excellent breakfast.
All of the staff were very friendly, professional and attentive.
I stayed here on two occasions.
Nola in reception on my first visit was exceptionally friendly, professional and attentive.
Victoria, on my second visit, was also exceptionally friendly, professional and attentive and was especially helpful in arranging my airport transfer on my last day-Hvala lepa Victoria for your marvellous assistance and very warm welcome.
I cannot imagine a better alternative in Pula, and I am already looking forward to my next visit.

Excellent service and friendly, thanks to Bojana, early departure by ferry, bikes and sandwiches were ready in reception

Good hotel, with parking and a GREAT view

A very nice hotel with lovely and helpful staff!
easy parking across the street (free on Sundays and bank holidays)
Breakfast was basic Continental but good! Windows could be an issue because of the noise at night, due to it being near a main road and the people heading to the amphitheatre that you can see out of the bedroom windows!
but doesn’t take away from the hotel it’s self
Good all rounder
9/10 on the no BS reading. Will be recommending to people !
