Lovely, cosy, pleasant

Situated perfectly in a peaceful, quiet neigbourhood, yet within easy walking distance to the town centre, as well as some of the most beautiful Rovinj beaches.
My room was spacious, comfortable, bright and had an amazing view of the old town. Special kudos for one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in.
The hotel itself is very cosy, with a homely vibe, which is something large hotels usually lack.
The breakfast was really good, varied and with a selection of local produce.
Important to note is that Lili offers parking, and getting parking with your accommodation in Rovinj is not that easy.
While it is beautiful in all seasons, I warmly recommend you visit Rovinj in Spring and/or Autum. The town is alive, almost everything is aleady/still open, and you'll be avoiding the hordes od people ;)

Perfect for a summer stay in Rovinj

Hotel located about ten minutes walk from the historic center, on one side and the beaches of the south of the city, on the other, in a quiet environment. Single room with all the necessary comfort. Comfortable bedding. Functional bathroom and quite correct size. The breakfast buffet is good enough to start the day. Mood is "family" and Welcoming very friendly. I recommend this property without hesitation.

Great location, good value for money

We really enjoyed our stay - the hotel is centrally located and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are tidy and clean, furniture looks and feels almost brand new. It honestly wasn't expensive at all, especially compared to other similar accommodation in that area. Definitely recommend!

Newly renovated hotel and close to everything.

Newly renovated hotel and close to everything.
Nice and clean rooms, the pictures on the page are old. The house is gray now.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Very bad at filling up breakfast when it runs out. So you have to ask them to refill.
Parking is available at the hotel, but it costs to park there! Booking.com or other sites say it exists, but you have to read the last line of the ad and it says it costs. Nothing they say when you check in. You get that when you check out as a gift, to pay for the parking.
Hotel is in good location to everything.

Regarding the parking, we understand your frustration. Indeed, Rovinj—especially the Old Town—can be challenging when it comes to parking availability. Like most hotels in the area, we do charge for parking, and we aim to provide a fair and convenient option in a city where parking is often scarce or unavailable.
We try to communicate this charge clearly, and we do have a large printed notice at the front desk. However, we now realize that it may not be as visible to every guest as we intended, and we sincerely apologize for the oversight. We'll ensure our front desk staff also verbally informs future guests at check-in to avoid any surprises.
Thank you again for your honest feedback. It helps us improve, and we truly hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again and provide an even better stay.

Clean and well presented

We arrived later in the afternoon and checked in. Rooms are a good size and have all the necessities. Nice patio space to have a drink outdoors.
Limited parking so pre book to reserve a spot.
Can walk to Old Town, but it is a good 20-30 min (depending how fast you walk).
Breakfast included, but we had an early tour booked. They supplied us with take away boxes that were just what we needed.
Friendly staff.
Comfortable bed, great wifi.
Some neighborhood dogs could bark at night.
