3 perfect sunny days

A very nice environment directly on the sea, a few km from the center reachable by taxi boat from the nearby hotel Amarin (10 minute walk) or by train
The well-kept and clean room with refrigerator with bottle of water and sparkling wine x welcome with Sea View
The hearty and especially savory breakfast with a rich offer
The lady who manages the guests really nice and helpful

Excellent

Everything excellent. Quiet location a stone's throw from the centre, wonderful sea, super breakfast, cleanliness of the rooms and premises and kindness of the lady!!! Super recommended for those who want to spend a few days in peace!! Then I'm not someone who wants to write 200 characters and therefore you also have to try to understand if I do shorter things!!! Come here and you will have fun. You can swim and bathe

Nice location which would need some improvements

The location and the view were excellent. Having breakfast outside, a few meters from the beach, was absolutely brilliant. Rovinj is a nice 45 minutes walk away. Parking spaces are available inside the property, although sometimes you require some good parking skills, especially with a bigger car. The people are nice and the rooms are clean. It is great to fall asleep with an open window hearing the sea.
But...The walls seem to be made of paper... you can hear every conversation of your neighbors... sneezing, keys in the door lock and other sounds around the clock. This was very annoying. In the bathroom no soap was provided. There was a kitchen at the ground floor, but it was usually locked so you had no access if you needed something. The breakfast was very poor. It was priced with 8 EUR per person, but the quality was very low and not worth it.

Nice small hotel on the beach

It is small hotel on the beach. The breakfast is for additional 8€ payment. Excellent WiFi. The rooms are very well furnished (including fridge). We had 2 rooms with garden view and had also big private terrace (for 3 rooms) with the table and sunbeds. The minuses: Our bathroom didn't have ventilation ; the parking place could be bigger, the hotel doesn't apply sunbeds on the rocky beach.

Unhygienisch
