Very Nice
We had a wonderful stay, and our Presidential Suite was absolutely amazing.
The views are the highlight of the property. From the suite, you can see the city, the Adriatic and the mountains in the distance. We were even treated to a thunderstorm that put on an incredible lightning show.
The hotel is only a 5–10 minute taxi ride from Split's Old Town. It's easy to request a ride using one of the local ride-hailing apps, and once you're there, you'll find countless excellent restaurants, historic sights and plenty to explore.
The suite included complimentary beer, wine, champagne, bottled water and a selection of snacks. The glassware was refreshed daily. We initially thought the beer would also be replenished each day, but that wasn't the case.
The suite features two bathrooms—a spacious primary bathroom with both a bathtub and a separate shower, plus a convenient half bath located near the center of the suite.
There was more than enough closet and drawer space to unpack and stay organized throughout our visit.
The bed was very comfortable, and we slept well each night.
Breakfast was included with our stay. It was good, with a decent selection, though it wasn't especially memorable.
What truly stood out was the staff. Everyone we encountered—from the front desk to the bar team—was warm, professional and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
Overall, we had an excellent experience and would happily stay here again.

Victoria Turned a Travel Nightmare into a Happy Memory
Our stay at the AC Hotel Split by Marriott was excellent, but what truly made it unforgettable was the incredible service from Victoria and the entire concierge team.
While traveling from Dubrovnik to Split, we accidentally left one of our bags behind in Dubrovnik. We were worried we wouldn’t be able to recover it before our flight. Victoria immediately took ownership of the situation and went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. She coordinated everything seamlessly and even arranged for the General Manager, who happened to be in Dubrovnik, to bring our bag back to Split in time for us to catch our next flight.
The entire process was handled with genuine care, urgency, and professionalism. At no point did we feel like we were dealing with a hotel—we felt like someone was personally invested in helping us.
Exceptional hospitality isn’t just about beautiful rooms or great facilities; it’s about people who genuinely care. Victoria is one of those rare individuals who transforms a stressful situation into a memorable experience. Her kindness, initiative, and willingness to go above and beyond left a lasting impression on us.

Wonderful
Great service, very clean, quiet hotel (except for the guests next door but what is there to do?). Very central location although it was a bit of a distance to the old town it was very easy to grab an uber/ bolt and get into it. We ate at the hotel restaurant and it was very good but we were the only ones there, lol.

Tallest building in Croatia
Good hotel rooms and housekeeping. Rooms have good views due to it being the tallest building in Croatia. Soundproofing is a little on the poor side though so you may need earplugs.

The 17th floor spa was amazing! The staff and rooms were helpful and extremely clean. Only downside to hotel is that there is not a lot around it. Put on your walking shoes for visiting Old Town
