The cleaning was unacceptable. Hair in the zink, crumbles in the coffee cups, spiderwebs on walls and corners. The mattress was really filthy and the sheets didn’t cover the extra bed. Ants and spiders in the bathroom. The blinds outside the window was damaged so we couldn’t open them. Very small room for three people. Didn’t feel comfortable sleeping here, even though it was just for one night before going to the airport.

Ants and food leftovers in the room

We tried to check in at 14.45 but the one room were not ready yet. We got told to come back in a hour.
The first we was met with was a lot of garbage bags in the hallway, and the one room were not begun to be cleaned. When we got back at 17.00, the towels were dirty and the one room were just given 6 hand towels with dirty spots. And the cleaning lady told us that there were not any more large clean towels. The showerhead was also broken in this room.
We found a large amount of ants eating at food leftovers under the sofa bed and in the hallway. It was also food leftovers on the beds. And under the bed it was white powder and spots of red that we think is blood.
In the other room the sheets were dirty and the air conditioning smells horrible. Both rooms have dirty floors, when we walked over it our feet are very dirty.

Worst place I have ever stayed at, and I travel a lot!! No staff present and they do not answer to enquiries by telephone. The air conditioning did not work and no one was there to help. We booked for four people, but there was only three beds. The neighbor rooms had parties all night long and there was noone to contact about it. Our kids had no chance of sleeping! There is a lot of garbage outside of the flats. The first floor stanked of marihuana, as other guests were smoking. What a disaster!

This property should be taken off Hotels.com and any other booking site. The photos shown are very old. The property is in very bad condition and not maintained. The whole building had a bad damp smell. Mould in the shower and dirty cleaning cloth was left in one of our bathrooms. Electric sockets not all working, lights not all working and curtains hanging off the rail. Other guests shouting up and down the corridorsyy to each other during the day and screaming at night till 2am. Dirty outside areas you couldn’t lie on the sun loungers and the table was so dirty and not enough chairs for the amount of guests staying in the room. A slice of pizza was thrown into my patio area I presume from a guest upstairs There’s no parking and even though you get a message to say to contact them to reserve a car space they just sent me a screen grab with some lines drawn on it for on-street parking in the area. The communication was also very bad and I never got a response to any of my messages when I wrote on Hotels.com. Overall shocking place and insanely overpriced. I would have moved immediately but we (5 of us) arrived late and put up with it. The bed linen and towel were clean.

The room was advertised as being a room for 4 people yet they hade no space in the apartment for even 2 people to store their stuff. The shower head was broken, the walls were suspiciously yellow and we booked a superior double room because we wanted a balcony. Upon arrival we find out that there is no balcony so we paid extra for no reason.
The check in process is absolutely ridiculous as you have to call some random number that barely speaks English. Finding out which number was the one of our host took us a solid 30 minutes before someone finally answered.
The only upside of this place was that it was cheap but I’m never staying here again. If you are coming to split I highly recommend looking for accommodation elsewhere.
