Great short stay and even greater host

My girlfriend and i chose boutique as it was within our budget but looked a little more luxurious than some. The room was compact but has everything you need. Yhe host Mario more than made up for that. He was more than happy to help with all our needs checking in with a WhatsApp and even giving us a lift back to the ferry port. Highly recommend

Amazing accomodation in Split

This was our home away from home while we stayed in Split for a few days. Clean, cozy, modern, spacious, all ammenities included. Wifi, cable, netflix, etc. Amazing bathroom. Everything looked new and nice. Hosts very helpful and willing to make our stay very smooth. Nice location very close to beaches and walking distance to town center. We had a great time. Free car parking near house. Lots of restaurants and mini markets in the area. Amazing value for money. Totally recommend it!

Fantastic Room close to the sea.

As I understand this is a huge flat which is converted into multiple en-suite rooms.
The interior of the rooms are very well done, I loved the bathroom. The white marble like tiles gives it a very elegant look.
The second thing I liked about the house was the self-check-in. Where you just feed the code given to you and that's it. No headache of carrying the access card or keys.
- Location -
The place is very well located, just 5 minutes walking distance from the sea.
There are a few good restaurants nearby.
The old city is 15 to 20 minutes by car. I would recommend taking uber.
There is no balcony but a high rise window, so you might feel claustrophobic.
- Room and Service -
The room was of decent size and was crispy clean.
It had all the essentials which are required for the stay like a small fridge, kettle, tea, and coffee, first aid kit, safe, decent size cupboard
The bathroom had heated railings, bathing essentials.
The owner was very kind and helpful and took good care of us.
Overall I would recommend this place for short trips, possibly 2 or 3 days.

Wonderful stay

Wonderful stay, always a very good attention from Mario, the manager, everything managed online via WhatsApp with him, any request, transfer from airport, question, issue if any (not our case).
The room is pretty clean and comfy for two people. Cleaning service with new towels, bathroom products everyday.
Huge smart TV in which you can connect YouTube or Netflix.
Small refrigerator but good enough.
The center of Split, port, shuttle bus from/to airport is around 15 min by foot.
Very good restaurants and good beach at 3 minutes by foot.
Highly recommended.

Modern and clean!

We really liked the room. It was very convenient and clean. We can access the room with a password given by the owner. The owner was very helpful, she helped us to find a parking place nearby.
The beach is really close to the apartment (2 minutes walk).
We will come back again next time we come to Split !
