Excellent service, nice apartment

Only stayed for one night but could not praise highly enough how friendly and helpful out contact (Thea) was. The listed location is more of a meeting point and seems a bit odd at first, apartments are a short walk away - very clean, well appointed.
Will definitely use their service on my return. Just far enough out of the centre to be quiet and still only a short walk away.

Not at all as advertised.

Basically a single room in a basement. "Kitchenette" consisted of a fridge and microwave. "Garden view" was from below. Bathroom small and seemed to still have hairs from the previous guests on the towels. Not very helpful and quite rude when originally trying to organise a time for check in.

Great location

Had an apartment for two nights with a fully equipped kitchen which was very useful for breakfast. Anna, who owned the apartment, met us upon arrival, gave us plenty of information about split and also gave us free entry to the museum and basement of Diocletian's Palace which was greatly appreciated. Bed was a little bit hard but other than that i have no complaints!

Perfect location but not sure if we would go back again

Perfect location, 5-10 min on food from the seaside and center. Almost impossible to find a place to park around. Very strong WiFi. The rooms are quite small, bathrooms are almost claustrophibic. On the morning we found a dead cockroach in our room.

Proprietaria maleducata e per niente curante delle esigenze degli ospiti. Siamo arrivati a Spalato con 4 ore di anticipo (10 di mattina) ed abbiamo provato a fare il check-in, o almeno ritirare le chiavi per proseguire con la giornata turistica. Sul campanello non si trova traccia della camera. Chiamai la proprietaria al numero disponibile e mi disse che il check-in era previsto per le 14-15. Causa anche dei lavori stradali ci fu un fraintendimento sull'orario del check-in. Lei mi disse dalle 12 io capii dalle 14. Alle 12.30 mi mandò in SMS davvero maleducato..... sollecitando il mio arrivo
눇Appartamento situato al terzo piano di un vecchio condominio in centro, a 1 km dal palazzo di Diocleziano, senza ascensore. Appartamento piccolino, pulito e con un bagno di recente ristrutturazione. Piccolo terrazzo che da su un cortile di palazzi popolari.
