Fantastic and what a host! So grateful!

⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Fantastic accommodation and a host who went far beyond the ordinary!
We stayed at Palace Lidija in Split between May 28th and June 3rd 2026 and had an absolutely amazing experience.
Even before arrival there was a problem with our booking. When we tried to contact the property, we were informed that our reservation did not exist. Since we had booked both flights and accommodation through Lastminute, we were afraid that something had gone wrong.
It turned out to be a confusion between different apartments and contact details, but the host took care of the situation immediately. She did far more than you might expect – contacted the travel agent, the other landlord and kept us updated throughout the process until everything was resolved. Her dedication, patience and willingness to help made a huge difference to us. She really was our savior in the rush and made sure our holiday could be just as good as we had hoped.
The apartment itself was bright, modern, fresh and had all the amenities we needed for a week's stay. The location was also perfect – just minutes from the new, fantastically nice promenade and with easy access to the city center. We rented bikes and could easily get into the old town whenever we wanted.
For us everything was perfect:

We can warmly recommend Palace Lidija to anyone who wants to stay comfortably in Split while feeling genuinely cared for. Thank you for making our week in Croatia so memorable!

Nice and relevant communication with the host along the way. Very well equipped apartment right on the beach with good parking. We felt very comfortable in the apartment.

Amazing place and location

We really enjoyed our stay and loved the host! Very helpful and nice. There is also a huge beach within walking distance, 5 min from Palace Lidija with so many great areas for the kids to play. We would definitely recommend this place!

Smart apartment containing everything you might need and more. Very clean and host very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend. It was a great location, 5 mins walk to beach. Easy bus access to Split centre.

An absolute pleasure to stay at Palace Lidija. Veljko was an amazing person to rent the apartment from. He helped to organise the taxi to the hotel. We landed in the evening, and dined at the Merlin Bistro restaurant, which is just beneath the apartment. The beach is a 5-minute walk and has clean amenities and is both family freindly and accessible via wheelchair with a ramp. Excellent service and i would definetly recommend this hotel appartment with 5-stars. Thank you.
