Great place, excellent location, fantastic host!!

Rooms and Apartments, Stambuk is a very nice place, and it's centrally located to everything. The old town is just a stone's throw away. The room was very clean and the host, Iris, was wonderful!! She treats you like family and she became very good friends with me! :) In fact, on the day of my check-in, she took the time out of a very important game (Croatia was playing Denmark in the group stages), and she came to my apartment room, switched on the TV, and while she was checking me in, we both watched the game together!! :) The whole experience was wonderful! I would totally recommend this place to anyone going to Split!

Location falsely advertised

They advertise a central location, but after you book, they share the real location. The actual rooms are further from the ferry and Diocletian's Palace than advertised.
They asked for an additional $100 to stay in the advertised location.

Wonderful

What a lovely welcome we received from Iris.
Our stay in Split was only an overnight one but Iris was so helpful and made us feel very welcome.
Upon checking out at 10am Iris was kind enough to hold onto our luggage whilst we hit the beach and returned back in the afternoon.
Definitely recommend this as an overnight or few day stay.

Lovely Room and Lovely Staff.

After three weeks of traveling around Europe, we decided Split would be the perfect place to conclude our trip. We aimed for slightly luxury, as the rest of the trip was spent budgeting and living as cheaply as possible. This hotel did not disappoint, the owner did not disappoint either. The room was clean, it was great value for money, and it was super close to the train station, beach and Split town centre. I will definitely consider this hotel again if I do return to Split.

Great stay

These apartments are in a great location! 5 minute walk to the old town, 10 minute walk to the beach. They are very clean and the host iris is very helpful and friendly!
Half an hour on the bus from the airport but a 10 minute walk from the harbour.
Would definitely stay here again
