Five Star boutique hotel

This boutique hotel had the best service I have ever experienced. We were immediately offered a welcome drink and Dea treated us like royalty. The rooms were perfect size as was the plunge pool. The breakfast was delicious and it was a 7 minute walk to the heart of Split.
We got some great recommendations from Dea on dinners (Sug), gelato places, hikes and the local beach Znjan that was renovated a year ago.
Well done Maria and Splendida staff!

The high reviews this property consistently receives are merited.No more than a 10 minute walk to the Port and 5 minutes to the rear entrance to the Old Town.The team here are first class - so pleasant and helpful and so happy!! Breakfast is ‘personal’ and sets you up for the day.Room is more than adequate for 2 people.Highly recommended.

Highly Recommend This Gem Of A Hotel

What a fantastic hotel tucked away just outside Diocletian’s Palace, so easy walk everywhere. Maria and the staff cannot do enough for you and you are looked after like royalty! Great breakfast that keeps you going all day, lovely rooms, a quaint little area where you are served refreshments around a small pool. A pool is a must in Split during summer, as a great way to cool off after wandering the city. We would absolutely stay here again. Definitely value for money.

Excellent welcome, Maria and the rest of the staff are remarkably attentive to ensure you have the best time possible in Split. Excellent location, parking, and a very pleasant small pool. Fabulous breakfast. Nothing negative

Wonderful staff, very kind and giving good advice for restaurants and acitivities. Very good breakfast. Clean room and good air conditioning.
