Fantastic experience

We flew into split quite late. Our flight was delayed. Nevertheless we got in contact with the host very quickly and easily and we got our key to the apartment. It’s in a great location - right beside diolectians palace and the mini market and a few minutes walk from the beach. The apartment has all amenities you could want - aircon/good shower/plenty of bedding and towels and brochures informing you of places of interest in split. There’s a luggage storage facility around the corner. However the cleaner Jasna was extremely friendly and helped up throughout our stay and let us leave our bagage for a few hours while we went and got some breakfast the day we were due to fly out. Would highly recommend.

Not the Harden suite one imagines

Very well positioned and cleaning lady helpful & friendly. Decor was tacky and all amenities were things left over by previous guests. It felt as though you had access to other people’s left overs.
Water heater did not last long if more than one person needs to shower.
It’s a pity because if there was thought put into presentation than it would be more pleasant to stay in.

Little Gem

Firstly it’s important to say Allen and the lady cleaner (sorry forget her name) were really helpful from start to finish. We did assume that this was a standard B&B establishment with a number of rooms or suites but appears that there is only one of each. Breakfast (described as al carte is a restrictive menu in the cafe across the road but having said that this may be subject to change following our disappointment. Don’t let that put you off. The suite accommodation is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It’s literally across the road from the Palace. The apartment is slotted between local shops, salons and market stalls but noise was not an issue. We enjoyed our stay and should we return to Split we would stay here again.

Апартаменты расположены на грязной и очень шумной улочке. Из окна видны только грязные ларьки. Горячей воды нет, есть минибойлер, в котором ее нужно греть (так что принять душ сразу не получится). Минибойлера хватает только на один быстрый душ. Кондиционер работает с перебоями. Сами апартаменты неопрятные: наваленная посуда, какой-то хлам в шкафах, отсутствие чая/кофе, изношенные кухонные принадлежности, остатки выпивки от предыдущих гостей… В указанное на букинге время для заселения меня никто не ждал. Пришлось звонить хозяйке и ждать экономку 15 минут у закрытых дверей. Экономка - странная женщина без маски и в грязных мокрых ботинках прошлась по всем апартаментам, не смогла на плохом английском объяснить где ближайший продуктовый магазин, и никак не хотела уходить. Хозяйка оказалась такой же неадекватной. Я попросила вернуть деньги за вторую ночь, потому что меня не устроили шум, холод, отсутствие воды и несоответствие описания на букинге и реальности. Она пообещала вернуть деньги утром. А утром просто отключила телефон. Когда все-таки получилось дозвониться, хозяйка начала орать, что ничего не вернёт, все вопросы к букингу и вообще она празднует Рождество. Когда я сбрасывала ее ор, она перезванивала и продолжала орать, пока я ее не заблокировала. За такие деньги можно забронировать в центре Сплита чистые апартаменты с бесконтактным заселением, хорошим видом и адекватным персоналом. Так что очень жаль, что я поверила недостоверному описанию на букинге(
