fine for a one night stay

Location is good, short walk over bridge into town.
Staff were great, helped with luggage, cooked breakfast early to accomodate early departure for ferry
Room was basic, very small, but had all the essentials, did not seem to be any temperature control so ended up very hot; pleasant terrace.
We were not troubled by nightclub noise, back of the building, you are on the airport flight path but didn't seem that busy in October.
Overall fine for a short stay but small room, no temperature control not ideal for a longer stay.
