Riva Apartments are situated right on the Vrsar waterfront by the promenade. The balconies offer superb views of the old town and the fishing boats in the port.

The rooms are amazing. They are clean, with plenty of space. There is everything you could possibly want in there. They give tou a welcome bag with a cloth and washing up liquid in. Very thoughtful. The cleaner was absolutely lovely. The view to the harbour is perfect. Cannot complain at all. Perfect.

Catastrophic
The apartments are above very noisy bars and are very poorly soundproofed (the passage of the garbage collectors emptying the glass bins at 6:30 each morning is the icing on the cake).
In addition to not being able to sleep there, the apartment is aging and not very clean, the kitchen is dysfunctional (fridge does not close for example), the bathroom very old, the balcony really tiny and the cleaning is forgotten some days.
Staff are distraught when they complain and say “we know, sorry” but have no solution to offer.
In summary very bad experience at over 300€/night.

We take all guest concerns seriously, and we regret the noise disturbances caused by the nearby bars and early morning garbage collection. Our location in a lively area does bring some challenges, and we continuously explore ways to improve soundproofing and guest comfort.
