Kvalitní ubytování za přijatelnou cenu

Hotel na klidném místě bezprostředně u pláže s vlastním parkovištěm pro hosty. Hotel není velký, nehrozí tedy davy lidí.
Zrekonstruované pokoje jsou vybavené kvalitním nábytkem, koupelna s WC vkusně a moderně vybavena, výkonná centrální klimatizace, pohodlné postele.
Personál v recepci, restauraci a kuchyni příjemný a česky mluvící. Vynikající jídlo od českého nebo srbského kuchaře.
Většina pokojů nemá plnohodnotný balkón, pouze malý balkónek na usušení plavek a ručníků.

Average experience

We spent two nights at this hotel. The good things are location as the hotel is basically on the beach, the male waiter who worked in the evening is charming and deserves 5 stars. You will also get sunbeds on the beach, but you need to hurry and get it earlier in the morning if the hotel is fully booked.
And now the bad things... AC didn't work, as an apology, we received free drinks for the dinner, but that can't replace having trouble sleeping and staying in the small room without AC. They should let us know that they are having issues with the AC system before the arrival because we would definitely change our mind and choose a different hotel. Rooms are not fully cleaned, you can see the stains all over the floor and in the bathroom. The balcony doors can't be opened in full, because the bed blocks them. On the last day, we had breakfast (eggs) and after that, we spent the day with stomach issues which caused vomiting.
In overall, it would be 1/5 stars, but one extra star for the location and that one waiter.

Bad expirience

spent three days at Beni. Overall expirience is average, nut few details made it most unpleasent vacation lately. It is 3stars hotel, we payed for 3 meals a day. Selection is poor, and even worse if you come few minutes after begining of serving. There was a Check couple serving food. This “host” was showing a lot of disrespect and hate to me and kids. Best comes at the very end: last night the hostes took a spoon and ate icecream from the serving bowl in front of guests. The same icecream they sell to customers. Grose!!! Do not stay at Beni!

Hotel Beni odporúčame

Hotel je pekný, nový, útulný. My na dovolenkách nemáme radi tie obrovské hotely, ako bývajú napríklad v Turecku. Boli sme aj s malým synom, takže dvojposteľová izba bola už len tak tak, ale určite stačila. Hotel požičiava aj detskú postieľku, ak má niekto záujem. Izby boli čisté. Výhľad z väčšiny izieb síce nie je na more, ale nám to nevadilo. A personál bol fantastický! Ochotný, milý, ústretový od recepcie, cez upratovačky, čašníkov, kuchárov až po prevádzkarov. Raňajky aj večere sú formou švédskych stolov. Nie je tam toho zbytočne veľa. Dá sa vybrať bez problémov a hlavne to jedlo naozaj fantasticky chutí. Klobúk dole pred personálom hotela. Spravili tú dovolenku naozaj príjemnou a aj keď bol nejaký menší problém, všetko sa rýchlo vyriešilo. Hotel tiež požičiava zdarma ležadlá a slnečníky a na pláž, ktorá bola čistá so záchodmi a poloprázdna, to máte doslova na skok. A tiež vám hotel umožní si odložiť napriklad nafukovačky v ich garáži, takže to nemusíte nikde ďaleko ťahať. Hotel môžeme určiť vrele odporučiť

Příjemné prostředí a ochotný personál

Jedná se o relativně malý hotel, který procházáí postupnou rekonstrukcí, když ale toto není poznat na hotelu samotném. Přístup veškerého personálu byl vstřícný. Na pláže to bylo skutečně jen malý kousíček, a i když mezi hotelem a plážemi byla cesta, nejednalo se o žádnou rušnou komunikaci. Za mě je hotel hodný doporučení právě s ohledem na vstřícnost personálu, jeho umístění i pohodu, která zde panovala.
