Zona tranquilla

L'appartamento è in una zona che sembra molto tranquilla con facilità di parcheggio. Bel giardino sotto casa e proprietaria davvero gentile e premurosa. Entrando nell'appartamento al secondo piano si sente odore di marcio che probabilmente proviene dagli scarichi del bagno e che da un po' di fastidio. Pulizia comunque eccellente. Tre camere di cui una piccolissima, ampia zona pranzo con cucina ben attrezzata. I fornelli sono 2 a gas e 2 elettrici, e c'è bollitore e tostapane oltre al microonde. Bel terrazzo vivibile con sedie e tavolino. Due bagni, uno con doccia e l'altro con lavatrice. Ci siamo trovati a nostro agio.
