Above and beyond hospitality

We loved staying here during our time in Zadar! The owner is the sweetest man and is so hospitable. He worked hard to communicate with us even though English was not one of his main languages. He was flexible with us on check in and check out, and he gave us a wonderful overview of the city when we arrived. Everything was incredibly clean. The location is absolutely perfect as well! This place is above and beyond!! We cannot recommend it highly enough.

Centrally located, large room, nicely appointed

We arrived in town via bus and found the bus station to be a local bus ride to the old walled city and our accomodations. It was raining and we made our way to the centrally located Rooms Goga. Zadar is a mix of old and new...it was a predominately Croatian crowd with a mix of tourists since we were on the waning cusp of the tourist season. We were pleased to be greeted by the owner and to be welcomed to this lovely large room that was very comfortable for our stay. We stayed 2 nights and that was perfect for us to see the sites and experience the culture. We look at ourselves as travelers. Rooms Goga was good for us...the only thing lacking was access to a kitchenette which would have made it a perfect place to stay.

Very helpful owner, good location in the old town

I stayed a couple of nights here while exploring Zadar. The rooms are very central, in the middle of a lively area with bars and restaurants. I had a single room which was very small but adequate for my needs; however larger rooms are available for couples. There is a lot of noise outside, but the double glazing kept it to a minimum so it didn't interfere with my sleep, and the air conditioning came in very useful during the hot weather.
Dubravko, the owner, has limited English (he knows a lot more German) but went out of his way to be helpful, including carrying my heavy case up and down the stairs (there is no lift). There is also no breakfast provided, but no shortage of places in teh area where you can get it.

Comfortable stay in centre of old town!

Traveled through Zadar and stayed for one night on the way to Plitvice. We booked the luxury double room and it was perfect! Has all amenities needed including fabulous air conditioning and comfy bed. Rooms Goga is in the centre of the old town, quiet inside, and run by a very friendly man who gave us a map and explained everything we needed to know about the room. We weren’t leaving until 6pm the next day and check out was by 11am so he kindly let us leave our luggage so we could spend the day exploring the city! Really recommend staying here.

Great place!

Really friendly host in and ideal central location in a well equipped room. Couldn't ask for more! Very clean also! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a short or long stay in Zadar. Great value!
