Great stay

It was my first time staying at this new hotel, and I must say that I was very impressed with the hotel the moment I have entered the lobby. It was full of light, the colours are very nice and calming. Very clean.
The staff was very helpfull and friendly, breakfast was great. With no doubt I will be returning every time I visit Zagreb.

Disappointing

I stayed for 4 days and the room cleaning service was terrible! Dust accumulated everywhere. On the last day, I was asked to change the towels at 5:00 PM in the afternoon. Absurd!! Another sore point is the security deposit; as soon as we arrived, they asked for a 500 euro deposit.

Nice.

Beautiful modern structure, with large and cozy entrance and waiting room, nice restaurant / aperitif / breakfast space.
Spacious, tidy, quiet rooms. Equipped with convenient car parking, sauna. Too bad it's a little out of the center

No way to stay at this hotel again.

Scary food.
Little food.
A waiter who's standing and looking at what's on the plate. There's not a lot. A four-star hotel. A tiny amount of food, and not delicious.

Facilities, staff friendliness, etc. The best hotel wherever you go

The facilities and the kindness of the staff are very satisfied. Especially one guest's careful care (the sense of preparing a simple breakfast prior to breakfast opening, knowing that you have to check in at 6:30 on the next day as a flight time) makes use of this hotel! Also, travellers using Rantcarlu can avoid worrying about drinking before hotel return. Just next to the hotel.
Parking is free when parked in front of the hotel.
The room is large and the facilities are very good.
