It may not be the most modern hotel but I had a great stay at Sheraton Zagreb. Very easy to walk or get Ubers everywhere. The surrounding neighborhood is a bit run down. The hotel features the best hotel gym I’ve ever been to, this gym actually has a monthly membership (free for hotel guests) so it’s fully equipped with all kinds of machines. You can even take reformer Pilates classes. The spa is very nice too. I enjoyed the huge breakfast buffet with so many different options. The Italian restaurant Tomassino is also fab.

Stay away.
This was the worst hotel experience of our trip to Croatia. The room had stained carpets, toothpaste residue under the sink, a fridge that did not cool, one torn bathrobe and another that was dirty. The conditioner was empty, while the shower gel dispenser fell onto my foot.
The worst part was when the air conditioning stopped working during the night. We woke up at 2:00 a.m. with severe headaches and dry throats. I had to go downstairs in my pyjamas to collect the key to another room. By the time room 345 cooled down, we managed to sleep for only another one or two hours.
When I contacted the hotel, the “resolution” they offered was a complimentary room upgrade if I returned in the future—even though I am an international guest living in another country.
An unacceptable experience and a very disappointing response from a five-star hotel. Stay AWAY

Great Hotel, Great Food & Amazing Hospitality
Another perfect stay at the Sheraton Zagreb Hotel! The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the bed was incredibly relaxing. The check-in was seamless, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful.
The breakfast was amazing, with lots of fresh and delicious options. The Italian restaurant also deserves a special mention the food was absolutely delicious! The bar had a lovely, peaceful ambience, and the bartender was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a drink.
The hotel is also within walking distance of the city centre, which makes it very convenient for exploring Zagreb.
Overall, an amazing hotel with excellent service, great food, and a relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again! ✨

Really nice hotel

We Checked in 10pm due to flights / delays etc and reception was still open and seamless.

A Place I’m Always Happy to Return To
I have stayed at the Sheraton several times, and it is definitely a place I am always happy to return to. The staff are very friendly, efficient, and professional.
I would especially like to praise the Front Office Manager, Mr. Igor, and his entire team. They are all extremely professional, helpful, and attentive.
The pool and spa area are excellent as well. The only thing I missed was a water dispenser in the sauna area, or at least somewhere near the pool, as having access to drinking water would be a great addition.
Overall, another wonderful stay, and I will definitely be happy to come back again.
