Happy in Tope de Collantes

Excellent attention. We are a group of 15 people, we had a lot of fun. Special place for birthday celebrations. There are several excursion offers that remain forever in the memory of visitors. The locals provide a very natural service and put their hearts full of love. Thank you all.

Visitando la Villa Caburní

Place with very beautiful nature. Although it is not very modern, I liked it a lot, it has a lot of tranquility to rest and get rid of stress. Very nice, spectacular weather. As for the food, quite well, there is not much variety, but not so bad. Anyway, a place post is very close to nature.

LOUSY DON'T COME HERE
1st day we arrived as there was a problem with cards nationwide nl we could have lunch because they do not accept Cash or the children could give something. For dinner we paid Cash because we talked to the politician and authorized us.
2nd day we took a beach and mountain excursion that includes lunch and forgot to pick us up left us on board.

We hope to return...

I loved the stay, the magnificent cabins, the super great food, the wonderful treatment. I was for an anti-stress medical checkup, in cabin 10 and the days have fascinated me.
The restaurant clerks are very friendly, there is an attentive little girl who pleases everyone with smiles, the Bar clerk too, the Director sets an example with his attention and camaraderie, the waitress is also super cool.
I really liked it and having studied hospitality I consider myself super demanding and even though I work at ETECSA I am able to identify a quality service that meets hospitality standards.
I really like it so far, I'm very comfortable, there are still a few days left to enjoy.
On Friday, August 11, we left, I to Matanzas, many to Havana, others to Cienfuegos, Villa Clara and Artemisa.
Many congratulations to each one of those who attended us with love and professionalism.

An unexpected stay

We were actually booked into the Hotel Los Helechos but when we arrived, they had just closed due to the lack of power and water. They took us to Villa Caburní, which is part of the same hotel chain, and we were given a villa with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. They had a generator, which meant we had light and air con, and they brought us a large bucket of cold water and a bucket of very hot water, plus a jug, so we were able to wash and keep the toilet flushed (essential as our previous hotel had been without power or water). We had a small breakfast in the morning, but then had to leave as they were also closing due to the conditions. We were very grateful they had accommodated us, and found the staff pleasant and helpful. I would consider staying there if I were visiting Topes de Collantes again, although driving round the hairpin bends at dusk and in the rain to get there in the first place was not a pleasant experience.
