Located directly beside Varadero Beach, this hotel enjoys a privileged location, just 17 km from the centre of Cárdenas and 62 km from Matanzas. The caves of Bellamar are to be found approximately 50 km away and are well worth a visit. This residence offers high-quality accommodation and attentive service. Recently renovated, it comprises a 4-storey main building and a 2-floor annexe block. Guests can enjoy drinks at the on-site bar and nightclub, while both children and adults can take advantage of the games room. Younger ones may also participate in the kids' club activities and conference facilities are available for corporate travellers. In their leisure time, guests are able to relax beneath the Caribbean sun on Varadero Beach where sun loungers have been laid out ready for use. Further recreation options include 2 swimming pools, a Jacuzzi, a sauna and an in-house gym.

We celebrated our birthdays at the hotel as a family, and we were delighted.

My opinion is excellent in all aspects; I am very pleased with all the hotel workers, from the welcome in the lobby by the entertainment staff, which was spectacular, to the young woman in the children's play area, those in the buffet, those in the coffee bar and the lobby bar, the public relations gentleman who was very kind, everyone in general; the food was varied and very well prepared, the rooms were clean and had good air conditioning, all areas were very clean and well-maintained, the pools were also very good; we are very happy to have celebrated our birthdays here, I definitely recommend it highly and we would be delighted to be able to return.

Cuba after 24 years.

We have just returned from another great trip to our home away from home. The Weather was definitely not as hot as other years but I was not standing in snow so I was perfectly OK.. Our room was clean and our Maid is the best xo... all of the staff,Mabel. Yanet, Jacqueline,miladies,AUGUSTINE, Yanet,Ricardo,Victor...and all of the rest are all do fantastic. The entertainment staff were fabulous. Thank you all for another great vacation. Can't wait to get back. Until next time. Xo

Pleasant experience at Brisas del Caribe

I consider that for the current times the hotel has good operations...a good entertainment team...good gastronomy and good service in general...congratulations to all the workers and especially to its manager who is attentive to all the details and is very demanding to maintain the quality of the hotel...I recommend it for its good value for money!!!

The Best Hotel

The Brisas del Caribe hotel has many things to praise, the beach and the pool are always kept very clean, it has an artificial lake where there are many fish and they always keep the lake clean so that those fish can live, the shows are of very good quality and the coffees are very well prepared. The food is not very varied but very good and as for the drinks for children, the sodas are powdered, but there is a lot of variety in alcoholic beverages. Something I didn't like much was the cleanliness of the rooms, there was sand under the beds and cigarette butts on the balcony. That said, the customer service is very good so I really recommend going to this hotel.

Some wonderful days

We visited the hotel from July 22 to 25 for the third time and we always take away a magnificent impression. The attention from ALL the workers is excellent, always with a smile and a great desire to provide the best service. Starting with the manager Raúl, who is a very pleasant and attentive person and from early hours is touring the hotel verifying that everything is working correctly, pending every detail and providing personalized attention to the clients. All areas are kept clean including the external areas and the beach. The room was comfortable, with good air conditioning and hot water with plenty of pressure; the sheets and towels were clean. Despite the well-known situation throughout the country, the food was quite varied but above all very well prepared, very tasty. It is noticeable that there is good management on the part of the management to ensure that the client receives the best options. Despite there being no beer (only one day at the pool bar), there was a great variety of drinks such as Havana Club rum, whiskey, gin, some exquisite liqueurs, and also sodas and juices for children or those who do not consume alcoholic beverages. The workers at the different bars, lobby, pool, and beach are all spectacular and very professional, as well as those who provided coffee service, which was very tasty, by the way. An important detail, there was no shortage of ice during all that time. The entertainment was very good and varied, for adults and children, both on the beach, as well as in the amphitheater and the lobby bar. The guys from the Variety Company were not only limited to the shows and entertainment, they were also attentive to customer satisfaction and provided information about the hotel's activities and offers. In general, the hotel met our expectations and we spent 4 wonderful days. Just mention as a negative aspect that there is no air conditioning in the restaurant.
