Excellent value for money

The apartment was really cheap. At this low price we got more than we expected. The apartment wasn't modern design but there were all we needed.
Opposite the building is fruit and vegetables supermarket, on the corner of the street is a grocery store and a bakery.
Despite the a short distance from the bars, in the apartment was quiet.

buona

Proprietaria davvero molto gentile, appartamentino carino e ben tenuto. possibilità di parcheggio. c'è un supermercato davanti la struttura. possibilità di aria condizionata. ottima la posizione rispetto a tutti i locali.

Большие просторные апартаменты со старой мебелью но все чисто аккуратно,есть кухня (плита,холодильник,микроволновка,чайник),кондиционер за деньги (7EURO/день),Wi-Fi бесплатный и хороший.Хозяйка доброжелательная,помогла с трансфером (ее сын таксист).
Расположение-близко к центру но далеко до моря (примерно 10-12 мин пешком)
Рядом магазин фруктов и не только,он дешевле чем магазины в центре.
Из минусов-очень шумно под утро,часа в 4 каждый день разгрузка товара и служба сбора мусора

Хороший и чистый отельчик

Очень доброжелательная хозяйка, чистые и аккуратные номера со всеми удобствами! Идеальное место для любителей клубов, отель находится недалеко от барной улицы. Рядом расположены недорогие магазинчики с продуктами. Объективно до моря идти 15 минут. Это идеальный вариант, кто хочет отдохнуть недорого и недалеко от моря. И вообще Айа-Напа - город, который можно обойти пешком.

Como en familia

Escogí este alojamiento por puro caso y fue una de las mejores cosas que pude haber hecho durante mi estadía en Chipre. Los apartamentos son gestionados por una pareja mayor de cipriotas. Ambos muy gentiles y hospitales. Les darán toda la información que necesitan y estarán siempre a su disposición. La relación calidad del apartamento y precio es muy buena. Señal wifi muy fuerte, nunca tuve ningún inconveniente durante una semana. Disfruté de un espacio muy grande y limpio. Cada tres días cambiaban las toallas. Si quieren aire acondicionado tienen que pagar 7 euros al día pero si están en la primera planta, si dejan correr el aire, no lo van a necesitar. Los dueños de los apartamentos también tienen una compañía de taxi, hecho que les puedes venir bien si necesitan desplazarse. La posición del edificio es muy buena. Hay justo en frente una tienda de fruta y un bar frecuentado por cipriotas. Se encontrarán muy cerca de todas las zonas de interés en Ayia Napa pero bastante distantes para no estar en caos del centro. Definitivamente, si tuviese que volver en Ayia Napa escogería el mismo sitio. Si esta opinión les ha sido útil por favor aplasten si abajo del teto, gracias. Diego
