Welcome to day in Ktima...

All was really good, i hope wevare going to again visit❤And the breakfast☕ was perfect and good it was and tasty!!! Ai ai ai! We are 4 people and we all say "best vacation ever" all the time , so only my kid loved the pool. (LOL ) and the bed is so good

Robbed- lied to- ignored

SCAMMER DO NOT BOOK
Robbing ignorant liar.
Scammed my elderly parents out of $100 and lied to them and Airbnb
refused to communicate
stole from my family
couldn't use the pool / facilities- was told it was out of season.
charged for 4 days instead of 2 nights.
then disappeared.

Ripped off.

Our daughter booked this accommodation for my birthday. On arrival the lady who looks after it demanded another 100 euros as there were 2 of us and she said she only expected 1 person!. We paid her and told our daughter who spoke to the host, who said we should not have needed to pay this. Basically this cleaner is on the make for herself, she lied to the host saying we did not pay anything, then when we produced our receipt, said it was for late checkout. We left at 9.20 am!. Also no breakfast was provided, which was advertised. Not even a tea bag. Such a shame as the accommodation and village were lovely.

Poor experience disgusting bathroom overpriced

We stayed for two nights 14-16 August. The apartment was clean but I found unacceptable the fact that we have paid 440 euro for two nights for that apartment. Please refer to the pictures. Its was damaged and the bathroom was disgusting.

Nightmare, disappointment and no service

The photos on the website are very misleading as is the service promise that your room will be cleaned every 3 days and there will be fresh towels. The room was already not clean on arrival, shower full of mold, chips still between the lounge sofa, doors of the bedroom and bathroom could not close because of missing shots in the doors, curtains and lounge sofa full of stains and that was just the beginning. When inquiring with the host about the cleaning, his only answer is: " did you ask Mrs Militsa?". She is there every morning, alone, and provides breakfast. Very sweet woman but does not have a great command of the English language. In our view, you do not have to ask for a service that is promised to you on the website and in your confirmation. Then an ant infestation inside and outside the apartment with the host's top advice: "buy an insect spray at the supermarket". The pool is not kept up with cleaning, edges are green not to mention the pool showers. All in all deeply disappointed and left week earlier than planned. Even though we should have left like another couple
