The hotel staff were welcoming and polite throughout our stay. Our room was cleaned every day, which was appreciated. The breakfast was good with a decent selection, and the swimming pool was clean. The pool bar staff were also friendly and welcoming. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Very disappointing experience — would not recommend
Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our stay at this hotel at all. The cleanliness was a major concern throughout our visit, both in the common areas and in our room.
We saw many cockroaches around the pool and bar area, which was extremely unpleasant and made us question the overall hygiene standards of the hotel. There was also a strong, unpleasant smell in the elevator. Instead of properly addressing the source of the problem, the hotel used some kind of chemical product to get rid of the smell. It was so strong that it made our eyes burn whenever we used the elevator.
Our room was very small and not properly cleaned. It was extremely dusty, to the point that we were constantly sneezing while staying in the room. Some of the electrical sockets were not working, which was also very inconvenient.
The food was another major disappointment. It did not seem fresh, and the same dishes were repeatedly served. The food was also bland and tasteless. Even our children complained about the pizza and chicken nuggets, which says a lot about the quality of the food.
Overall, this hotel was far below our expectations. The combination of poor cleanliness, cockroaches, dusty and small rooms, non-working sockets, unpleasant smells, irritating chemicals, and low-quality food made our stay very uncomfortable.
Sadly, we would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel.

Lovely relaxing break
We wanted a relaxing break in the sunshine somewhere nice and this is what we got . We noticed there were some negative reviews but overall the score was 4.5 so we weren’t overly worried and rightly so . The room was clean and bed made towels changed every day too. We had a pool view and although the rooms would’ve been nicer with more modern bathrooms , for a five day stay it was just fine . Food .. I can’t really comment as I am the fussiest eater in the world and exist on very few calories on holiday ! But my friend found the food fine and had no complaints . Bar staff were lovely and drinks were good too . Poolside .. it was end of season so no entertainment staff but that was fine for us . We loved the music that was played during the day which added to the very relaxed atmosphere . The area is lovely and we went walking every morning . There is a boardwalk you can easily walk along into Protaras which I would recommend . I would definitely revisit and would also travel there alone as it felt perfectly safe . In the height of summer the atmosphere may be different but fpr an end of season break to get away from everything it was perfect . I sometimes think that people who see a high review on Tripadvisor expect too much and think they are staying in a 5 star hotel when it is rated 3 star. Most people we spoke to were happy enough woth their stay

Lovely stay
Had a great time at the toxotis,our second time here,lovely food,friendly helpful staff,nice pool area and in a perfect location,plenty of nice bars and restaurants close by and frequent buses to protaras etc..will return next year

My stay at the Toxotis Hotel in Cyprus was very enjoyable. The hotel offers a friendly atmosphere, clean rooms, and tasty meals. However, the waiter and bartender service deserves special recognition.
The waiters were always polite, smiling, and helpful. They responded quickly to guests’ needs, maintained cleanliness and order, and made every meal a pleasant experience. The professionalism of the restaurant staff was of a very high standard.
I was equally impressed by the bar staff. The bartenders were extremely friendly, communicative, and full of energy. The drinks they prepared were delicious and attractively presented, and their welcoming attitude made guests eager to return to the bar.
