Cleanliness, comfort, friendly service.

"We were very pleased with our stay." The hotel was extremely clean, tidy, and had a peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast was very adequate and the products were of good quality. We stayed on a half-board basis and the evening meals were also wonderful, especially the staff serving in the evening were very professional and polite. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, except for the noise coming from the minibar :) We felt very comfortable throughout our holiday. Thank you to the entire team for providing such a wonderful experience. It will be a hotel we'll choose again when we return."

A magnificent hotel

A good hotel in terms of price, the rooms are spacious and very clean, and the hotel in general is very nice and clean. The restaurant area is very nice and clean, especially the hotel manager. (Mr. Zafer) is a wonderful person, always solution-oriented even with the smallest problem. Thank you, Mr. Zafer, I'm so glad he's there Of course, I would also like to thank the restaurant chef, Mr. Ali, for his attention and care. The hotel fully deserves the rating it received. We recommend it to everyone.

A Comfortable Holiday Experience

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days and left very satisfied. We would like to thank the entire team for their attention and friendly service. It was a truly comfortable, safe, and very clean environment, like being at home. We would especially like to thank the restaurant staff; all the food we ate was wonderful. The kitchen and bar area were both high-quality and very delicious. Thank you for making our holiday so enjoyable.

Hotel of many contrasts

As the title says, it is a hotel with many contrasts.
On the one hand there is a great hotel, modern, nice, clean, with a magnificent 8th floor with panoramic terrace for breakfast and dinner (with very good restaurant), nice rooms with sober and pleasant decor.
On the other hand there are shortcomings that are inconceivable for a 4-star hotel with the premises just described.
Here are the shortcomings:
The room has a curtain that does not allow a good darkening so (for me) impossible to sleep well; but the worst thing is that the air conditioning has the flow that runs over the bed so the choice is to cook, if you keep it off or risk stiff neck / flu if you keep it on.
Restaurant: as already mentioned, great for dinner but absolutely unsatisfactory for breakfast. Faced with an acceptable choice of savory, the dessert is practically non-existent (pancakes and some anonymous jam). Fruit limited to only grapefruit slices and fresh drinks only to poor industrial orange juice.
I think there is a considerable management problem: you cannot damage the reputation of a great hotel for such trivial flaws.
