Title: The location is great, but what really makes a difference is the staff at Esta.
However, what truly made this hotel a livable and enjoyable experience for me was definitely its staff. Especially Esra, I would say she's the hotel's greatest asset. Her sincerity, cheerful demeanor, pleasant command of Turkish, and approach to guests are truly special. He treats the hotel as if it were his own, making guests feel like they've come to their own home. The other employees' approach was also quite good.
I can even say this with confidence: If this hotel belonged to Esra, or if Esra were given the means and authority to improve it, I'm sure she would have made it a much nicer and higher-quality place.
I think the hotel management's greatest asset is having staff like this. Considering the hotel's current physical conditions, the effort and service provided by Esra and the other staff members become even more valuable. Frankly, I wish a significant portion of the price I paid went to this staff; because what truly makes a stay enjoyable isn't the building or the rooms, but the people who work here.
In short, the hotel's location is excellent, and it offers acceptable value for money, but the rooms and overall physical conditions need serious renovation. What made me say "I'm so glad I stayed here" was definitely the warmth and dedication of Esra and the other staff. I would like to extend my special thanks to them.

For your health, I recommend you stay away.
I paid 2,100 ₺ for 1 night! But his room and bathroom were dirty and neglected. There was an empty coke can in his mini-cupboard. It wasn't a hotel, it looked like an abandoned, run-down apartment. We had to stay for 2 days because we had to. However, due to insect bites on the first night, we left the hotel to look for a place to stay the next day.
After 1 day, insect bite wounds all over my wife's body started on my 2.5-year-old daughter and me on the 2nd day. Our whole body was itching intensely. We found a place in another hotel. My wife couldn't sleep for 2 nights due to intense itching. Since it was the weekend, I found a pharmacy on duty. When I showed the wounds to the pharmacist, he told us that we were scabies and gave us scabies cream. We used the cream, but our itching continued like pain.
On Monday, we went to the emergency room of the public hospital in Kyrenia. The doctor said that it was not scabies, but an insect bite, and they gave all three of us allergy and soothing injections. Our holiday in Kyrenia, where we came with my family dreaming of a happy holiday, was ruined because of this hotel. Our whole body is covered in wounds.
I will never forget my daughter's suffering. I found the phone number of Mr. B***, the owner of the hotel, and on the 2nd day of the incident, I called him, sent him a picture of the wounds on our bodies and explained the situation. Only me; He said that I am sorry but such a thing is not possible and that this is the first time they have received a complaint.
As I continued to express my complaints to him, he closed the issue by saying "complain, sir, complain." When I told these events to another person I met through a person I know who lives here; "He said that he knows this hotel, that it is a problematic and neglected place and that he has heard similar complaints before. Instead of risking your health by staying in this hotel, you will be safer sleeping on the bench in the park.
