best in town

Clean Clean Clean, excellent rooms well furnished everything is new, the staff and owners are wonderful and very friendly. 2 minute walk fron the center. there is a restaurant and kids play area downstairs. would
come here again for sure. Large rooms available perfect for families with kids

Nothing boutique about it !!!!!!!!!!!!! Avoid!!

We booked this apartment (room 14 ) as had king size bed , and pull out sofa bed , and of course a balcony as we have stayed in this apartment before September 2022 , on email that was sent via arrival pls ring number and key left in a key box, we arrived no answer keep ringing no answer there was a bowl full of keys on a desk , as we walked into our room we noticed the flooring had lifted up damaged needs replacing, there was a big crack in the glass on balcony door , bedding for king size bed , but not any for sofa bed ! Dirty and disgusting kitchen work top s that I had to buy disinfectant to clean all down and mop the floors the aircon I had to take filter apart as so much dust and was breaking all the dust into my lungs , don’t think it’s been cleaned for 2/3 years , we tryed phoning again to tell him all problems he woodnt pick up , just sent a few what apps , we had no bedding 1st night , but left spare the next evening! Lucky my friend live s in larnaca and brought us bedding, the hairdryer in room motor was still broken from last time we stayed (2 years ago ) we got woken up from building work next door at 7.30 am , but wasn’t told about any building going on ! The tap in bathroom wasn’t fitted properly either , oh and on 5 th day the owner decided to sent a what’s app saying he send out a technician! We said but we going home in 2 days it should oh been sorted asap ! I really do thinks it’s been taken over by different owners in last 2 years , really gone down hill ! As for the cleaners I think they need to go on a cleaning course ! Avoid at all cost!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A rude horrible owner that doesn’t care as he s got ur money!!! This is not how u treat people and run a business!!!!!!!!

A horrible experience at Larnaca airport with Wizzair flights.

We made a booking in any apartment as we left our villa at 3am and after a terrible experience at Larnaca airport we had 8 hours to spare before getting another flight to the UK. So I went there early as all we needed was a few hours sleep so I paid straight off with a credit card and we got a taxi there. There was nobody on reception, though there was only a very small desk. It was only 9.10am so I phoned the telephone number but there was nobody answering the phone. I tried continually for a couple of hours before we made our way down the road and found a lovely boutique hotel (Leonardo Boutique Hotel) who gave us a beautiful room for the remainder of the morning into the afternoon. We got a taxi back and we cancelled this apartment which looked like a real cheap dump. Whereas we're now booked to stay for a night in Leonardo Boutique Hotel even though we have to leave really early so sadly we can't stay for breakfast

Tragic experience

Our stay in this apartment was simply unacceptable. The bathroom was extremely dirty, full of mold and hair, and the sanitary conditions were unacceptable. The floor still had brown stains from previous occupants, apparently without any attempt at cleaning.
The room equipment was not working properly as the air condition was out of order and we tried to contact the owner several times without success. It left us in it was read all 3 times.
The air conditioner was also extremely dirty, with accumulated dust and dirt.
The heat in the room was so unbearable that we could not bear to sit there at noon. We had to leave the room to cope.
The Wi-Fi was also not working, despite the update we offered. In terms of public quiet, there was work next to the building on Saturday from 08:30am. until 4:00 p.m. and on Sunday from 09:00 am without any notice. We couldn't even sleep!
All in all, first time in my life I experience something like this. It was the worst stay we have experienced. I hope this review will help other travelers avoid this unfortunate experience.

Stinky wet apartment with mold

When we opened the door on apartment immediately we smell stink from something wet. So we want to open windows and hope that it will help but then I realise it. There was so much mold on the walls. So I wrote owner about it but his reaction was that he can paint walls where mold is. Everyone knows that painting doesn't solve the problem. It just covers it. And the biggest problem is, that be in room with so much mold is totally UNHEALTHY.
Next day they painted the walls but of course it doesn't help. Whole apartment still stinks from wet and mold.
And what about bathroom? Stinky sink, mold on tiles. Same as in the room...
Owner is really rude and don't want to solve problems.
I don't recommend to stay in this apartments.
