Agrotourism - Relaxed and peaceful breal!

Wonderful place with all the necessary provisions in the room, clean and tidy with traditional breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located on the hillside of Pafos forest overviewing Chrysochous area and the surrounding mountains and is ideal to commit to almost everywhere in Pafos district for mini excursions. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly and they are keen to provide every possible assistance and help.

Very poor "hotel". Would not recommend to anyone.

Apart from the two sweet sisters Ms Veatriki and Ms Maroulla there is nothing else good to say about this place.  The two old ladies left to manage the "hotel" and the place is run down.  Walls are terrible, the doors will not open unless you drug them. Shower rose holder broken.  WiFi non existent in the rooms.
Two months since it was mentioned by another guest management has not change the fire extinguisher which expired in 2008!!!!!!!!! Inducative of the attitude of the owner.

Do not visit if you have high expectations. Seems like it is abandoned by the "management"

The entry door of the room had 2 gaps (lines) of a 1 cm empty space from where someone could easily have a look of what you are doing in your room. The room had no WiFi even if it said that it was included. Breakfast on one day had to be served late (it was served at 10:30) because of some other activities of the owner. Health and safety measures are extremely poor as they had a fire extinguisher expired since 2008 (!) so that will be 14 years (!). No shampoo and no shower gel inside the bathroom. We were not offered any room service on our 2nd day (we stayed for 2 nights). It is short staffed

Worst hotel in cyprus

Terrible service. Rooms are horrible and the place is definitely not like the pictures online.
First and last time that i visit this place! I honestly don’t recommend it at all !!!!
There’s 0 service and coordination.

Lasa Heights disappointing experience

The room was very dirty. There were spiders and all kind of bugs in it. The toilet was also very dirty and there wasn't even a simple hand soap. After my 4 day staying I had to visit a dermatologist because of lots of bugs bites ( not mosquitoes) which were painful and itchy.

Your review has given us a big surprise, starting from the cleaning of the place which is our strong point. May be it would have been more fair if you would have told these complains to the stuff while you were there, just to verify the issue. Although we do have many reviews from guests that they had an excellent experience, notifying especially how clean the place is, we do consider that there is always room for improving.
Our aim is having people experience a joyful time at Lasa Heights at the same time respecting the place. We do feel sorry for your above notes but we did not realize been any uncomfortable at the place from your side while there.
