great times

Superb place in small village full of charm
the owner is great. the restaurant excellent, with his relevant advice. he got me a bottle from his cellar - a delight - and at the price of the Carte ...;+)))
friendly atmosphere, a stopover to know and very appreciable

Lovely traditional Cypriot Family Hotel, serving excellent Cypriot dishes

We’re having a great time at the Elyssia Hotel in Pedoulas. Just enjoyed our nice village breakfast. In the evening and for lunch during peak season they serve a varied buffet with regional dishes, there’s always an a la carte menu to choose from as well. The kebabs are very nice. Great family hotel and a good choice of Cypriot dishes and delights. Hotel rooms are comfortable and clean.

Homemade Cypriot mountain food

Recommended place to try the specific gastronomy of the Tröodos.
The trout was good although a little buttery and the moussaka was very delicious. The owner is abrupt but very friendly.
The complimentary lemon dessert was somewhat average, we ate it out of politeness.

Lovely family run hotel- recommended

Lovely clean and friendly family hotel. Breakfast was lovely, room with jacuzzi bath.
Lovely village in the Troodos. Great base for kakopetria, Troodos and Mount Olympus. A lovely hotel we would recommend

Traditional Mountain Restaurant

We had an evening meal at Elyssia as well as Drinks on a separate Occassion during our stay in Pedoulas. Friendly Mine Host and Waiter pulse efficient service. Menu was very good with the Majority of Traditional Meals available at a very good price. Plenty of seating both inside and outside and free WiFi also available. We selected two traditional Cypriot dishes for our Meal visit - Afelia served with Chips & Salad plus Stifado also served with Chips & Salad. Meals were good but a little away from the normal served Pigouri which we’ve experienced many times. Our other visit was for drinks and once again nice friendly service and drinks selection plentiful and reasonably priced.
