Great apartment in a good location

We had booked the single apartment but were given the double which provided a lot more space, unfortunately the double apartment didn’t have a washing machine. However having contacted the host she opened up the single apartment for us which was on the same floor to allow us to use the washing machine , also leaving a kettle and hair dryer that was missing, great service to deal with the issue. The apartment is in a good location for the restaurants and there is a good selection 5 min walk away. Parking is onsite and is in the shade. The double apartment was modern, with good air conditioning, in great condition and the best we stayed in during our Cyprus trip. The host was contactable and quick to respond.

Value for money!

Very spacious modern apartment located in the center of Polis Chrysochous and a couple of minutes from Latsi beach.The hostess is an amzing person and responds immediately to the needs of her clients. Prices are really good.We will definately visit the place again.

Amazing time

Very nice place in the centre of polis chrisochous and only 3min from the best beach in latchi
And 25 min from city of paphos,very nice and clean apartments

good quality apartment

This apartment building is situated in a small housing area, at walking distance to the center of Polis. Your can be parked in the shade, under the building, the apartments can be reached by elevator or stairs. Ours had a living with open kitchen, a balcony, two bedrooms (with huge closets) and a bathroom. Everything is quite new, the interior is not very romantic but efficient. We thought the beds/matrasses could be a bit sturdier. There's a big supermarket at walking distance, before going there you might have a look at the insect repelling devices at the apartment : they need a certain kind of refill bottles, it might be worth while buying them. We went to the beach at Latchi, about 7 minutes driving. We did not meet the owner in person, but she was very helpful and swift in communicating by mail and phone. And oh, keep left :-)

Cancelled our reservation 1 day before

We had booked the apartment last summer and we were satisfied with the place. This summer we called a month in advance and booked the apartment for a week on specific dates. We offered to make a down payment but the owner said that wasn't necessary and we could take care of payment on departure. One day before the date we were supposed to check in, we received a call from the owner to tell us that we could not have the apartment for a week, only for 2 days because there was a "mix up" with the reservations. We asked why they left it for the day before the booking to let us know. No credible explanation was offered nor did the owner offer any apology. Appalling experience which ruined our vacation. Do not trust these people!
