⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dream vacation in every respect!
Particularly noteworthy is the excellent food. The dishes were varied, fresh, and of excellent quality – every day was a culinary delight.
The service was exceptionally good. The entire team was always friendly, attentive, and helpful. From the very first moment, one felt welcome and well cared for.
The rooms are very nicely furnished, clean, comfortable, and offer a pleasant atmosphere for relaxing and feeling good.
The pool area also fully convinced us. It is well-maintained, spaciously designed, and leaves nothing to be desired. Especially the pleasant tranquility throughout the hotel area made our stay a true relaxation.
Many thanks to the entire team for this wonderful time. We would be very happy to return!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 out of 5 stars. Absolutely recommendable!

"Thank you for your review. We sincerely apologise for the parking frustration – we understand the limited asphalt spaces were inconvenient.
Regarding your interaction with our colleague Andreas, we were glad to have the opportunity to speak with you personally before your departure to clarify the misunderstanding and offer our apologies. At that time, we appreciated your feedback that everything else about your stay was perfect. Our Operations Manager has since attempted to reach you three times after checkout to ensure your concerns were fully addressed, but unfortunately we have been unable to connect.
Our team is trained to assist every guest with professionalism and courtesy. While we fully support our staff, we always regret when a conversation leaves a guest feeling upset and have genuinely tried to resolve this directly. We thank you again for your parking suggestions and will take them into consideration for future improvements.
Kind regards,
Georgios Motsios

Don’t Recommend!
As for the hotel itself, the rooms were acceptable but certainly not worth the price we paid. On arrival, the toilet roll holder was broken, and there was a stain on the bed sheet cover.
The food was one of the biggest disappointments. The selection was extremely limited for an all-inclusive resort. During our one-week stay, we only ate breakfast once, dinner once, and had lunch at the Salt Bar a few times because the quality was so poor. The food was consistently disappointing, with very dry chicken and very little variety. Each meal felt like the same basic option with a few side dishes rather than the range you would normally expect from an all-inclusive hotel.
We also found the snack bar policy surprising. After missing lunch one day, we visited the snack bar, which is common at most all-inclusive resorts. However, guests were limited to just one item per person. We asked if we could add a portion of sweet potato fries as a side but were refused. This felt unnecessarily restrictive and not what we expected from an all-inclusive package.
Another major issue was the water policy. I am currently 6½ months pregnant, so staying well hydrated is especially important. At previous all-inclusive hotels, unlimited bottled water has never been an issue. Here, however, we were provided with just one bottle of still water between two people in our room. If you wanted another bottle from the bar, you had to pay for it. On the day we were leaving, we were told we could bring our empty bottle back to be refilled, but I only drink sealed bottled water, so this wasn’t a suitable alternative. My partner also only drinks sparkling water, yet none was provided in the room. It felt as though even basic essentials were being unnecessarily limited.
To make matters worse, the one morning we did have breakfast, we found a cockroach among the toast, which was extremely off-putting showing the hotel is not clean.
If you are considering staying here, it’s also worth knowing that the hotel is very isolated. There was very little atmosphere, and on one evening it appeared to be only us and one other couple. A member of staff explained that the hotel focuses on being a relaxing destination and therefore doesn’t provide evening entertainment. However, they regularly host weddings and private events with loud music that continues late into the evening, which completely contradicts the idea of a peaceful, relaxing environment. During these events, the main car park is largely reserved for event guests, meaning hotel guests are expected to park behind the hotel instead.
Finally, the location is not ideal. Although it is close to the water, it is not situated on a beach, and there is very little within walking distance. You will need to travel if you want to visit restaurants, beaches, or local attractions.
Overall, we felt we significantly overpaid for what was offered. Between the poor food, restrictive all-inclusive experience, cleanliness concerns, disappointing facilities, and the way our feedback was handled, we would not choose to stay here again

Thank you for your detailed review and in Google & here in Trip Advisor.
We always appreciate receiving guest feedback, whether through internal channels or public platforms, as it helps us understand different perspectives and refine our guest experience.
Regarding the phone call you received, please know that our internal feedback system is a standard tool we use to ensure we fully understand our guests' experiences. Following up is part of our commitment to service improvement, and we regret if this came across as intrusive. However, there was absolutely no intention to pressure or intimidate you, we simply value direct communication to clarify any points that may need further context.
To address the specific points you raised:
All-Inclusive Food Policy: Our menu (available all day) at the Salty, offers proper à la carte dishes, not traditional snack-bar items, due to our green commitment policy also, helps to minimize waste and ensure quality. The policy of one main dish per order is standard, but portions are generous and unlimited upon request. If you wished for additional items, our team would have been happy to accommodate had this been clarified at the time.
Bottled Water: We provide daily complimentary still water in all rooms and offer refills at our bars. While we do not supply unlimited bottled water due to our sustainability commitments, our staff is always available to assist.
Evening Entertainment: Our concept is designed around relaxation and tranquility. We offer live music—saxophone, violin, and guitar—three evenings per week at Dolce to create a refined, chill-out atmosphere. This is part of our identity as a peaceful retreat, and we believe it sets us apart from larger, high-energy resorts. Regarding private events, these are limited and scheduled with care to minimize disruption.
Location: We take pride in our unique setting, which offers direct proximity to the water and a serene environment away from busy tourist hubs. While we are not situated directly on a sandy beach, this is clearly described in our marketing materials, and we believe our location is one of our strongest assets for guests seeking quiet and natural beauty.
Cleanliness & Maintenance: We take hygiene and maintenance very seriously. The issues you mentioned regarding the room and the breakfast area are not reflective of our usual standards. We have reviewed these points with our teams and have taken appropriate measures to ensure they do not recur.
We are sorry that your stay did not align with your personal expectations. However, we stand by the quality of our services and our commitment to continuous improvement. We hope this response provides clarity on the points you raised.
Kind regards,
Georgios Motsios

Great experience
The food was outstanding, every meal was delicious, with great variety and quality that exceeded our expectations.
What truly made our experience unforgettable, though, was the incredible staff. Every single team member was extremely friendly, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making our stay perfect. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and happy, and their warmth and professionalism made all the difference.
A special mention also goes to the lovely cats around the hotel - they made our stay even more charming and brought an extra touch of warmth and joy to the whole experience.
Thank you to everyone at Cavo Zoe for such a wonderful experience. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and exceptional stay.
