Worst Hotel ever

DO NOT STAY HERE – WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER (0/5 Stars)
Save your money and stay far away from Mariandy Hotel. This is, without a doubt, the single worst hotel experience I have ever had.
* Billing Scam: They double-charged me for two rooms when I only booked one, completely ignoring my official confirmation email. Management refused to even negotiate or fix their error.
* Disgusting & Unsanitary: The entire room smelled awful, and the bathroom stench was unbearable the whole stay. To make matters worse, I found a dead spider inside the salt and pepper shaker at the dining area.
* Miserable Room Conditions: The broken AC barely cooled, turning the room into a hot, suffocating furnace.
* Abysmal Service: Towel changes and room service only happen once every three days, and basic toiletries like soap and shampoo are non-existent.
* Inedible Food: The breakfast quality is atrocious and completely inedible.
Management is hostile, incompetent, and completely unbothered by health or hygiene hazards.
Avoid this total scam of a hotel at all costs!

Disappointing!

We expected more based on the reviews! The breakfast is satisfactory at best, the ladders in the pool threaten to rip out of their anchors with a weight of not even 60 kg, the friendliness of the staff can be described as rather cool with a few exceptions, and the bathroom is, to put it mildly, an imposition! It is about the size of a closet (a small closet!) and even using the toilet paper stored on the cistern (where else, there is no room) requires acrobatic skills.

For the price it was ok for a few days the bed was very comforable the bathroom was small and I mean small I had a job sitting on the toilet, If you like peas or boiled sausages for breakfast, I had booked H/B but I night I had a meeting and took a bannana and they moaned about it

the hotel staff are very helpful and friendly ive stayed here many times,it's clean and the rooms are always clean and tidy and the facilities are always more then enough for your stay.. the pool is a lovely bonus
