Really lovely apartment

Really cute block of apartments, around 16 rooms. Pretty pool area. The room was very clean and spacious and had everything that we needed. The bed was really comfortable. The lady (assume owner/manager) was really helpful and friendly. I do not have anything negative to say about this place at all!

RUDE RECEPTIONIST

I called to ask about availability and the receptionist was so rude she said why do you call me when you see on booking that we are full ..
SORRY? excuse me? Then why they pay you as a receptionist if you don't want to answer a simple question? She doesn't like to be disturb ed !

Family Christening

This was our second stay at the Jolo and will not be our last. The location is ideal for us, the apartments are clean, comfortable and the facilities are perfect for me as I have walking difficulties.
The manager really goes out of her way to look after us and nothing is ever too much trouble, no matter what time of day. How she manages the property, for much of the time single-handedly, is amazing and always done with her unique style and sense of humour.
Definitely 5 star for both the apartments and the manager

New and clean!

The room was clean and well decorated. The pool was so inviting. Could not get out of the water.
Big shower, great kitchen.
Quite and comfortable.
Great service!
You can walk by foot to the beach.
There are bars and restaurants all over the way

Very nice hotel but awful receptionist

Really nice hotel/apartments, very clean and tight, of course it can be noticed that they have recently renovated it but the aluminums were not changed. Apart from that the room was very comfy.
The only thing that we were disappointed about, was the attitude of the receptionist/administrator of the building. She was aways in an angry mood with negative attitude. Also, when she was walking by she did not say a Hi or smile to us.
Furthermore, she was also complaining that we were speaking and laughing while seating at the swimming pool during the night and she said that she would bring the police.... Probably she was mad again because she was not invited :).
If I was the owner, I would definitely swap her.
